Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur

Everything was just simply perfect. Room was huge and spacious. Filled with impressive features as well. View was great. Bath tub was just amazing. One minor inconvenience I faced was a staff at the rooftop bar rudely stopped us from trying to quickly explore the rooftop bar, cynically enquiring if we are even guest at the establishment. Otherwise all the other staffs were just immaculate from the check in all the way to housekeeping. Breakfast staff at horizon grill was also really attentive with a smile always on. Genuinely no other complaints apart from that one rude staff. Would definitely come back again maybe for slightly longer this time.

The rooms are rly nice but the most impressive thing was the service. They live to make sure u are treated right. The staff take pride in what they do. I'm so impressed. The breakfast was also great. I'm not a fan of semi buffets but this hits the mark. The nasi lemak is as good as the shops in kl.

I can't describe how much we enjoyed our short 3 day stay here. The staff were amazingly helpful, friendly, polite and warm. The rooms are well taken care of with comfy beds, and very generous amounts of room to suit our needs. The breakfast spreads was good but lacked some items that i would have enjoyed. Romantic dinner and great cocktails are just on the rooftop with the best views in town. The facilities were great as well however we only used the pool. At the time of our stay, the TV lacked having any streaming apps which would have made our night. We look forward to our next stay.

9.5/10, excellent services from Bayan Tree Service staffs. Every smallest details been taken good care of. Housing keeping is excellent, room is big and very clean. Facilities and Breakfast at Horizon Grill was fabulous. No complaint. Great Job Bayan Tree and all the staffs

Had a wonderful peruvian japanese cuisine & birthday celebration at Torito. From th table we can see amazing city view, where you can see kl tower, pnb tower and beutiful buildings. Thank you Sufry for being a wonderful host. We will definitely come again.

Hotel met all expectations and luxury stands. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Stephanie who went above and beyond. The rooms were spacious , clean and inclusions that made it feel 5 stars. Good breakfast with a view & conveniently connected to the Pavillion shopping centre.

Excellent hospitality and prompt room service! Nice city view from our room type -Sky signature Retreat.|Breakfast included is by per order but quite a good variety. After breakfast, you can go restaurant outdoor to snap a few photos with background of KL Petronas Twin towers .Overall is good except for one of the basins was choked and there was slight drainage odour from the bathroom
