【For butler】
I had a wonderful, relaxing time during my 5 day stay.
I am especially grateful to Ms.Mii, the butler.
I had planned my schedule in advance, but she was flexible in accommodating my requests to visit facilities and make restaurant reservations that were not on my schedule.
Additionally, she kindly took me to the on-site clinic when I was feeling unwell, which was a great help.
Thanks to Ms.Mii, my mother and I were able to enjoy a more comfortable stay. Thank you very much.
During Ms.Mii’s off-hours or when she was unavailable, we were also assisted by Mr.Daniel.
We are particularly grateful for his assistance with the late check-in arrangements and for recommending the clinic visit.
Also I appreciate Mr. Daniel.
This was my second visit to Banyan Tree Lang Co in 6 years, and I found the staff to be more friendly and the atmosphere more comfortable.

However, there were some imperfections in the service, such as the hammock in out the room being hung on the evening of the 3 or 4 day of our stay, and the few of conditioner.
Additionally, as the facility has been in operation for over 10 years, I noticed signs of wear and tear in the furnishings and other areas of the facility.
While these are minor details, if such aspects were improved, I believe the resort could continue to represent and lead the way in Asia, so I look forward to seeing future developments.
In my case, I communicated with the facility several times about my itinerary between making the reservation and arriving. There were no communication lapses, but I think that if I had been able to communicate directly with the butler once he had been assigned, I would have felt more at ease before my stay and my stay would have been smoother.
Despite the significant changes in the world post-COVID-19, the staff have continued to improve.
【For guests quality】
Like many hotels, the guest demographic has deteriorated compared to 6 years ago, with an increase in guests lacking proper manners. In an era where everyone can easily travel overseas, many people seem to be visiting the resort despite some forcibly, prioritizing the present moment post-pandemic.
This, I believe, has contributed to the decline in quality. With few guests spending money on dining, activities, or spa services beyond accommodation, maintaining the facilities must be challenging, but I am cheering you on.
I look forward to the day when we can meet again.
