Banyan Tree Phuket

We spent an amazing 11 days at this resort. The resort is very well kept. Staff very professional and welcoming. The food was really good, we especially enjoyed Hojo restaurant. Breakfast buffet very diverse, the staff was very knowledgeable especially when it came to our special dietary needs. All in all a fantastic place to stay at, especially for families with kids.

I stayed at Banyan Tree Phuket for 4 nights and overall had a wonderful experience. The resort is incredibly spacious and serene, offering a perfect escape into nature. From the lush greenery and blooming flowers to the scenic lagoon views, every corner of the property feels thoughtfully designed and very calming. The villas are large, private, and beautifully appointed, with a great private pool that adds a special touch to the stay. The spa was also a highlight — tranquil and professionally run. Dining at the resort was a pleasure; the food at the restaurants was consistently delicious, and the service was warm and attentive. I especially appreciated the kindness of the buggy drivers, receptionists, and restaurant staff — they truly made us feel welcome. That said, there were a couple of small hiccups. Some staff, particularly in the gallery shop, seemed less trained in guest relations. On my last day, I entered the shop a few minutes before its official opening (the door was open), and rather than being greeted politely or gently informed, I was met with a loud and abrupt “No, no, no, not open.” It was an unpleasant moment that left a sour note at the end of an otherwise lovely stay. Additionally, the hotel doesn’t offer luggage folding services, which is a minor inconvenience for a property of this caliber. Despite these issues, the beauty, atmosphere, and overall hospitality at Banyan Tree Phuket made the trip truly memorable. I would absolutely recommend it for anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful, nature-filled setting

Pool Bar was wonderful. Gem, Men, Ton and O really took care of us. Really relaxed, cocktails were beautifully made. Fabulous service, always happy to help. ||The area is kept really clean and a nice atmosphere. Music is at a nice level and choice is cool 😂

We highly recommend the in-villa BBQ dinner experience. Dam, our chef and waiter for the evening, was incredibly attentive and made the evening feel truly special. The food was beyond anything we could have expected, especially the steak and seafood, which were cooked to perfection. Dam was also fantastic with our two daughters, making the experience enjoyable for the whole family. Thank you, Dam, for such a memorable evening — it’s a must-do!

I stayed in the signature pool villa, which cost about $500 USD per night.|While the pool villa itself was nice, most other aspects fell below my expectations:||1. The in-room WiFi was difficult to connect to. I had to call reception to restart the modem, and it took an hour to finally establish a connection.||2. When I used the toilet, I discovered the cover was broken! I called reception, and they said they would send a technician to fix it. They didn't offer any apology.||3. They provided turndown service around 6 PM and closed the window curtains. When I returned to my room after dinner, the curtain was stuck, and I couldn't open it. I had to move a chair to climb up and fix it myself.||4. During checkout the next day, it was raining heavily, so I called reception in advance to request a golf cart shuttle from my villa to the lobby. However, the cart took 30 minutes to arrive, which delayed my checkout and subsequent schedule.||Conclusion: For such a high price, this was quite a disappointing experience.

This villa at this hotel was out of this world. It was so very spacious and it had everything you could want for a totally luxurious stay. Breakfast for the double pool villas in the exclusive Tre Restaurant was exceptional and always very quiet. All the food in all restaurants was great and we particularly liked Saffron. The bikes were very handy to pop to breakfast or reception and they are outside your room. A big thank you has to go to Art our Butler who’s professionalism and helpfulness was outstanding. We have already booked for next year and can’t wait to return.

Really beautiful hotel. Design and atmosphere are great. I like my villa and the personnel. Our host man Jason helps us with everything, thanks a lot for him🙏🙏🙏 if any help is needed he answers us really fast and makes our staying in villa comfortable. In villa a lot of fascinating and interesting activities 🫶🏻🌹

A short stay of 3 days. It was unusually rainy for this time of year. However, the food at the hotel was delicious and the spa provided a wonderful massage. Thank you to the therapist, Star, for the wonderful massage. I'm glad that you were my first oil massage. It was a pleasant time. I would really like to visit this hotel again on my next holiday.
