The spa at Banyan Tree Phuket was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in, everything felt calm and welcoming. A special thank you to Ms. Earn and Ms. Diana, who were incredibly kind and attentive. Their professionalism and warm care made the experience even more relaxing. My mom and I had such a peaceful time together — it truly felt like a retreat for both body and mind. The treatments were excellent, and the atmosphere was serene and rejuvenating. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the resort. ------------------------ We had the most amazing In-Villa BBQ experience at Banyan Tree Phuket. Everything was beautifully prepared and cooked right in our villa, creating such a private and relaxing atmosphere. A special mention goes to Mr. Title, our chef, who made the evening unforgettable. He was professional, attentive, and added so much warmth to the experience. Every dish was cooked to perfection — from the freshest seafood to the tender meats — and the presentation was just as impressive as the flavors.

Her attention to detail, care, and intuitive approach made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The service was flawless: kind, thoughtful, and deeply relaxing. The massage itself took place in a beautiful villa with serene, elegant interiors that added to the overall sense of calm. It was not only incredibly relaxing but also energizing. I left feeling both deeply rested and wonderfully recharged, a perfect balance of body and mind. Next time I visit, I will definitely ask to be booked with Khun Gift again. She is truly outstanding, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking top-level service and a memorable spa experience.

I had the most amazing massage at Banyan Tree Spa Phuket. The setting was peaceful, and every touch felt truly healing. Special thanks to GUITAR, VENICE for their incredible skill and warm hospitality. It was by far one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced, absolutely recommend! This morning, I also enjoyed the breakfast at Banyan Tree, and the experience was just as impressive. The variety of food was excellent, and everything was fresh and beautifully presented. A special thanks to NIWAT LOOKCHAN, the manager, who kindly guided us with such warm and attentive service. His thoughtful hospitality made the morning even more memorable.

I had the best experience at the spa with Nam! From the refreshments in the lobby to the tea at the end of my treatment, the service was amazing! I chose the body scrub, massage, and facial. I enjoyed having my own cabana and private outdoor shower to wash the scrub off. Even though it is a bit pricey, it was worth it!

I had dinner with my best friend at Tin taps bar. This is an Asian tapas style restaurant. The cocktails and food are amazing. I ordered the Tin mule cocktail which was amazing and the bar decor is beautiful. Thank you Nicha and Grace for service and good care of us. Thank you Ink for making our cocktails. They were really delicious. I hope I will come back soon.

She truly has magical hands – every movement was so precise, soothing, and full of care that it felt like a piece of art. I left feeling completely renewed, relaxed, and energized at the same time. The Banyan Tree hotel itself is an absolute paradise – elegant, serene, and with every detail thoughtfully designed. From the warm welcome to the peaceful atmosphere, everything exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a place where luxury meets genuine hospitality, and for a therapist who can turn a massage into an unforgettable experience, I cannot recommend Gift and Banyan Tree highly enough. 🌿💆‍♂️✨

My wife and I went to Tin Tapas Bar during our stay as tourists visiting from Australia and staying in the resort. We didn't know what to expect, just went for cocktails. Not realising it's outdoors on a lagoon, and being a wet day, we were the only ones there during our first drink as most resort guests would have sought better shelter. The staff (Nicha, Ink, and Grace) were lovely, very friendly, and looked after us well and made our time special. We were so happy with the friendliness and service that we came back again with our kids (review updated). We highly recommend going for happy hour and see where it takes you! We will update our review for the remainder of the resort soon.

We had an amazing experience at Banyan Tree! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a breathtaking atmosphere and the unique charm of the lagoon area that makes it truly special. The staff were all so kind, welcoming, and professional, which made our stay even more memorable. The poolside team was outstanding – especially O, who was so professional and attentive, as well as Men, Gem, and Ton at the pool bar who were equally wonderful. Their service and hospitality really stood out! This was our second time staying here, and without a doubt, we’ll be coming back again.
