Banyan Tree Phuket

We recently returned to Banyan Tree Phuket for the first time since our honeymoon, and our stay this time was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless — warm smiles, beautiful surroundings, and impeccable hospitality. We were fortunate to have Art as our host, who took care of every detail with such kindness and professionalism. His thoughtful support made our family feel so comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. Our villa was spacious and beautifully maintained, and the daily breakfasts were always fresh and delicious. The room service was also wonderful and delivered with care every time. One of the highlights was our dinner at Saffron. The food was exquisite — beautifully presented, full of flavor, and served in a stunning atmosphere overlooking the lagoon. The staff were incredibly attentive, making it an unforgettable evening for our whole family. Our children loved spending time in the pool and exploring the resort, while we enjoyed the calm and elegant ambiance that Banyan Tree is known for. We are so grateful for such a perfect stay and all the beautiful memories we created together. Both my wife and I agree that this is the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Firstly, the villas are extremely spacious, the villa pool area is very relaxing and the small gifts we received by the cleaning staff were incredibly sweet. The hotel has an incredible main pool area with a brilliant pool bar. The breakfast and spa were both of the highest standard and there are half a dozen onsite restaurants to choose from. We also did both the bike tour, couples massage and ate in the Banyan cafe and Saffron restaurant- all superb. What an incredible, luxurious, experience! Finally, a huge thank you to all of the staff who are the best in the game!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The service was exceptional, truly above and beyond. Every staff member was so friendly, approachable, and always smiling. One evening, after 10 p.m., I called the reception to ask if I could print a document and planned to come down to the lobby myself, but the receptionist insisted that there was no need- she printed it and sent it directly to my room. That level of care and attention really impressed me. I also loved the magical, village-like atmosphere. Riding the bicycles around the resort made getting around so easy, and it even felt like a fun little workout during the holiday! The gym was clean, well-equipped, and pleasant to use. The hotel is located quite far from central Phuket and most attractions, but we were aware of that and actually planned our trip accordingly. we split our stay between two hotels. This is definitely the place to come if you want to relax, unwind, and enjoy pure comfort rather than go sightseeing. We had a private pool in our room and honestly didn’t want to leave for a moment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape!

The experience in Banyan Tree was really special. All the staff were gentle, kind, and always greeted with a smile. The pool villa was wonderful, the size was large, and the water was kept clean. I also liked the clean and well-maintained condition of the room. The meal time was hot because the restaurant was under construction, but the rice noodles and mangoes were the best. And the Banyan Tree Spa was fantastic. The receptionists were friendly and comfortable, and we moved to a really private room and had a great time. I am especially grateful to Ms. Tina and Ms. Peach for massaging me and my husband. They welcomed us with bright faces from the outset, kindly explained every step of the way and adjusted us to our condition. The massage intensity was also great and we were able to relax throughout our time. I really hope to visit again next time. Thank you for having a wonderful experience in Thailand.

We returned to the Banyan Tree Phuket this Nov for the second consecutive year. Our experience was exceptional. Service staff are all very friendly and accommodating, food and villa were all great. Breakfast is a huge and lovely spread. Spa here is the best, it’s a relaxing holistic experience. We went to poolside happy hour 4-5pm everyday. Special mention to O, Pang and Poo.

We recently stayed at the banyan tree pool villa . The entire resort is spread over acres and hence moving from one place to another required buggies operated by very efficient staff of the hotel. The hotel is run very well, we experienced no lag in service and enjoyed a nice and relaxed stay. There was a golf course, spa, kids play area, tennis courts, ferry rides to near by places and many more activities. It’s centrally located in the lagoon area and had access to a lot of beaches and bars and restaurants close by. |The hotel is one of the oldest in the region and is continuously getting upgraded as per today’s standards . Very few hotels look better than the pictures circulating online and banana tree was one of them. |All in all a good hotel to stay in

The Banyan Tree Phuket experience was top-notch as always. K. Tino, our villa host, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay — promptly responding to requests and offering thoughtful recommendations whenever we asked. The resort’s location and villa layout remain unmatched. One of my absolute favorite things to do is bike around the property amid the towering trees and alongside the lagoon. Pure tranquility! Full compliments as well to K. Gift and the spa receptionists. Service was fantastic, and the deep tissue massage was excellent. As a frequent spa visitor, this was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had. My only suggestion this time would be to improve the service at the tennis/golf center. The court lights were cut off midway through our tennis session, and no compensation for the racket rental or lighting fee was offered until we had to bring it up ourselves. Overall, it was a superb stay — and I’ll definitely be back next year.
