The whole experience of our stay at banyan tree was wonderful from start to finish. The setting is beautiful but the main attraction is the service which was 5* always. The staff are all very hard working and deliver the best service from breakfast to evening meal. |Although all of the staff during our week stay were fabulous, I need to specifically point out a few staff who made our week holiday stand out as memorable and a trip of a lifetime. men, o, gem, ple and poo all were very friendly and accommodating. Always on hand to serve us at breakfast and the pool bar, as well as going out of the way in the evening to ensure we had a memorable time. We will definitely be back!

We had such a great stay! The staff were absolutely fantastic. So helpful, kind and generous. Men, Gem, O, Poo and Ple were especially great! Also the facilities were excellent. We travelled with three kids and they loved the kids club and pool. The food was fantastic.

This is a review for the SPA. I just want to say thank you to IM, who did the most amazing job at a 2 hour facial and massage. She is highly professional and skilled, and also incredibly friendly. Thank you IM, you’re the best! I felt so comfortable during the treatment and relaxed afterwards. IM’s level of professionalism and warmth is unmatched, I hope she will get a raise :) I will definitely come back to the Spa now!

We enjoyed our sixt stay again very much. The restaurant and pool staff are great. The rooms clean and everithing works well. |Many thanks to the staff at the Saison Bar. As well to Niwat (assistant FB Manager) how take care of us and to Khun O who is great waiter and as well to the SPA staff, they do a great job.||The Riva Beach Bar didnt attract us becaus packed 90% with to loud and drinking Russion people. No way to relax.

Our fifth time coming to stay at Banyan Tree. We stayed in a one bedroom pool villa for 4 nights. The room was fabulous as usual, but what makes this hotel truly stand out is the service. One of the highlights of the trip was the spa and massage. Special mention to Thanya for her fantastic skills - arrived with my body aching all over, but left feeling thoroughly relaxed. Her level of attentiveness was first class, and her touch was quite simply magical. And finally, a huge thanks to all the staff involved for making our stay so memorable once again.

We recently returned to Banyan Tree Phuket for the first time since our honeymoon, and our stay this time was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless — warm smiles, beautiful surroundings, and impeccable hospitality. We were fortunate to have Art as our host, who took care of every detail with such kindness and professionalism. His thoughtful support made our family feel so comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. Our villa was spacious and beautifully maintained, and the daily breakfasts were always fresh and delicious. The room service was also wonderful and delivered with care every time. One of the highlights was our dinner at Saffron. The food was exquisite — beautifully presented, full of flavor, and served in a stunning atmosphere overlooking the lagoon. The staff were incredibly attentive, making it an unforgettable evening for our whole family. Our children loved spending time in the pool and exploring the resort, while we enjoyed the calm and elegant ambiance that Banyan Tree is known for. We are so grateful for such a perfect stay and all the beautiful memories we created together. Our stay at Banyan Tree Phuket in a Banyan Tree Villa was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality of the staff made us feel truly welcome. The villa was completely private, immaculately clean, and beautifully maintained, providing a peaceful and luxurious retreat. The resort grounds were equally impressive, immaculate and serene, reflecting the high standards Banyan Tree consistently delivers. Breakfast each morning was of excellent quality and offered a generous variety. Although the resort feels wonderfully secluded, Bang Tao Beach is conveniently located just a five minute complimentary shuttle bus journey away, allowing easy access while maintaining a sense of tranquility. One of the highlights of our stay was a massage at the Banyan Tree Spa. Star and Kik were outstanding therapists whose professionalism, skill, and attention to detail made the experience truly exceptional. It was one of the finest spa treatments we have experienced. Banyan Tree Phuket exemplifies refined luxury and heartfelt hospitality. It is a resort we would highly recommend and look forward to returning to.
