Banyan Tree Phuket

This is my second (or third) time staying at Banyan Tree Phuket, and it remains one of my absolute favorite resorts. From the moment you enter the property, every staff member — security, reception, and everyone on-site — welcomes you warmly and with genuine hospitality. Check-in was smooth and effortless as always. We stayed in the Signature Two-Bedroom Pool Villa, and it was incredible: spacious, beautifully designed, with a private pool, jacuzzi, sunbeds, indoor and outdoor showers, a full living room, dining area, and kitchen. The villa is huge and truly feels like a private retreat. The breakfast area is stunning with a large indoor/outdoor setup and an excellent variety of food. Moving around the resort using the bicycles or buggy service is something I really enjoy every time. The beach access is great — towels, water, mats, everything is provided. Overall, the entire stay was flawless. The service, the atmosphere, the sustainability focus, the villa, and the value for money all make this resort one of the best in Phuket. Highly recommended.

Best place in the world. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Banyan Tree Phuket is a beautiful resort, the signature 2 bedroom villa was spacious and so tastefully designed. We loved the traditional Thai style villas dotted throughout the resort. The staff were so nice and helpful. The villa was cleaned daily. You can take a complimentary bicycle for the duration of your stay which made it fun for the kids getting around the resort. The resort is calm and peaceful and we are returning home very relaxed. Highly recommend.👏🫸🫷

This is a lovely location very almost "Corporate" though, but that's purely a personal opinion. The rooms was fantastic as were the staff. We went and explored the wider Laguna complex which was fantastic. The only criticism which really needs to be addressed, again very minor, breakfast could be so much calmer. Yes it is busy, but everyone had 2 way radios on.... But no ear pieces... I respect the need to communicate but every single guest was almost announced and blared out the 2-way (clipped to the belts), if the staff had an ear piece it would have been so much more tranquil. Nit picking I know, but a life in customer service you always look to see how it could be done better Ps. We made great use of the complimentary bikes as the venue is quite vast and they are a great addition

Just wow, what a great experience. We went as a family of five to celebrate my sister in law's 60th birthday ... and it was just perfect.|We were upgraded to a two bedroom double pool villa, which was just awesome and could easily accommodate 5 guests, with one of the lounge areas being made up into a bedroom with en suite bathroom for my niece.|The welcome was just wonderful, with our own name plates on the villa, a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate cake ... together with a special birthday message to my sister in law in flowers on the bed! Just awesome!|We were also given a wonderful butler Art for the week, who was available by WhatsApp for any requests - dinner reservations, buggy requests, spa bookings, taxi bookings, etc - which was such a nice service. A big thank you to Art for being so friendly and helpful, and looking after us all so well during our stay.|Banyan Tree Phuket also has some wonderful and varied dining outlets and the food and service was just great, from the newly renovated Saffron, Tin Tapas Bar, HoJo Japanese restaurant to our final night's grill at the Watercourt, which was our favourite experience in spite of some rain! And a big thank you to Manus for making our dinner so special. And also for the fantastic breakfasts outside on the terrace at Watercourt... which are possibly the highlight of our week!|My wife and I also loved our special massage sessions at the Spa ... with a special thank you to Diana and Gift for our spa treatments. |We could not have found a better place than Banyan Tree Phuket to celebrate with my sister in law. And my wife and I will certainly be planning our next visit to the resort again soon!

We recently returned to Banyan Tree Phuket for the first time since our honeymoon, and our stay this time was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless — warm smiles, beautiful surroundings, and impeccable hospitality. We were fortunate to have Art as our host, who took care of every detail with such kindness and professionalism. His thoughtful support made our family feel so comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. Our villa was spacious and beautifully maintained, and the daily breakfasts were always fresh and delicious. The room service was also wonderful and delivered with care every time. One of the highlights was our dinner at Saffron. The food was exquisite — beautifully presented, full of flavor, and served in a stunning atmosphere overlooking the lagoon. The staff were incredibly attentive, making it an unforgettable evening for our whole family. Our children loved spending time in the pool and exploring the resort, while we enjoyed the calm and elegant ambiance that Banyan Tree is known for. We are so grateful for such a perfect stay and all the beautiful memories we created together. We look forward to coming back again soon — thank you, Art, and all the team members at Banyan Tree Phuket, for making our trip so special.

We returned to the Banyan Tree Phuket this Nov for the second consecutive year. Our experience was exceptional. Service staff are all very friendly and accommodating, food and villa were all great. Breakfast is a huge and lovely spread. Spa here is the best, it’s a relaxing holistic experience. We went to poolside happy hour 4-5pm everyday. Special mention to O, Pang and Poo.

A truly beautiful hotel, stunning surroundings & our room was extremely comfortable & everything provided for. Could not fault anything, a first class experience. All staff are exceptional from reception right down to those that tend the gardens, a shout out to bus at breakfast time & o ton tle at the pool bar…so friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay & hope to return.

My wife and I booked the Banyan tree for our honeymoon. Best decision we made. The service of the staff was incredible and so attentive to anything they could help with. The villa was amazing and we had a lovely bottle of Prosecco and greeting when we arrived. Must check out the spa. We had a couples massage and the massage space was top tier. Special thanks to Tina and Odette who treated us so nicely and gave us the best massage experience!
