Banyan Tree Phuket

The whole experience of our stay at banyan tree was wonderful from start to finish. The setting is beautiful but the main attraction is the service which was 5* always. The staff are all very hard working and deliver the best service from breakfast to evening meal. |Although all of the staff during our week stay were fabulous, I need to specifically point out a few staff who made our week holiday stand out as memorable and a trip of a lifetime. men, o, gem, ple and poo all were very friendly and accommodating. Always on hand to serve us at breakfast and the pool bar, as well as going out of the way in the evening to ensure we had a memorable time. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Banyan Tree Phuket. The resort is set in a lush and extremely peaceful environment, perfect for relaxing. Our private pool villa was spacious, very comfortable and perfectly maintained, with total privacy and high-quality bedding. The overall service was attentive, with friendly and professional staff throughout our stay. Breakfast was a real highlight — a huge variety of fresh products in a beautiful setting. For golfers, the location is ideal with Laguna Golf just next door. The course is superb, perfectly maintained and very easy to access from the hotel, which is a major advantage. The only downside is the absence of direct access to a private, fully serviced beach, which you might expect from a resort of this level. We also didn’t try the Rava Beach Club as the prices were quite high. Overall, a fantastic stay for golf, relaxation and tranquility

Incredible stay from the moment we arrived at Banyan Tree to the moment we left. We were celebrating our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond. We stayed in a spa villa and JR made our stay absolutely perfect. He was so attentive and a true delight. My husband went golfing and Mai Lee was his caddy and he had the best time! The spa is also next level incredible. My massage with Venice was the best massage I’ve ever had! My only wish is that we had more time here to enjoy everything this resort has to offer. Thank you to everyone at Banyan Tree for making our honeymoon perfect!

I had the opportunity to experience the spa at Banyan Tree for the first time, and it was truly amazing. I felt so relaxed from the moment I arrived. The spa reception team gave excellent recommendations for the program, which made the whole experience even better. Khun Venice and Khun Gift guided me through meditation and helped me relax deeply. I have never experienced a massage like this anywhere before. The atmosphere was beautiful and peaceful, and the aroma of the oils was absolutely wonderful. It was such a memorable and impressive experience. I will definitely come back again.

We had a fantastic time at Banyan Tree. The spa was excellent: Janiya and P’Earn were amazing. P’Patcha for my wife’s pedicure. Staff at breakfast were brilliant every morning and couldn’t do enough. Rava beach club staff too - especially Arm and Milla. Piu at reception was very helpful and adjusted some things to make our first night so enjoyable. P’Kwang at Banyan Tree Cafe at the golf course treated us very well and creates a great atmosphere. Villa was perfect, property is amazing, breakfast outstanding and nothing ever felt crowded.

If the word 'perfect' could be used to describe a hotel, Banyan Tree is it. Our 5-night stay was breathtaking from the moment we arrived until we left. Situated in the Laguna Bay compound, Banyan Tree sits as the crown jewel. It is perfectly positioned between the natural lagoons, providing fantastic views, serene nature, and excellent amenities. They also have their own access to Bang Tao Beach. Everything about this hotel was impeccable: the amazing staff, the location, the ambiance, the villas, the massive winding pool, and the food. Every restaurant is top-notch in its own right. Their spa is second to none; I had the best Thai massage of my life, thanks to my wonderful therapist, Kiki. I highly recommend upgrading to the Lagoon View Villas as they offer unparalleled views. This was my first stay at a Banyan Tree hotel, and it definitely won't be my last.

My husband and I have just had a cooking class at the Banyan Tree in Phuket. Chef Tipa and her assistant Botan, were very impressive. They were very courteous and patient and explained what the ingredients were and how they added to the meal. After cooking the meal, we then had the luxury of eating the prepared lunch. It was an amazing experience and these two ladies were excellent teachers.

We had such a great stay! The staff were absolutely fantastic. So helpful, kind and generous. Men, Gem, O, Poo and Ple were especially great! Also the facilities were excellent. We travelled with three kids and they loved the kids club and pool. The food was fantastic.
