Baobab Suites

This was our second time staying at Baobab, it’s a fantastic place to stay. We stayed in an infinity Mar which is a 3 bedroom with hot tub and a pool. The staff at this hotel are amazing, they are always smiling and welcoming.|The cleaners are outstanding, they really do an excellent job. |Breakfast was amazing and never busy, we went about 8:30am every morning and again staff were very helpful and friendly. |It’s lovely to have your own space of an apartment but in a hotel setting, the rooms are all very large and plenty of wardrobe space. |The kitchens area again are very large and we cooked quite a few times and it has all the kitchen equipment you need.|Having a washing machine whilst on holiday is great as my sons were always either out running or in the gym, so it was really handy to be able to wash their gym kit. |It was my son’s 16th birthday while we were there and they left a lovely cake in the fridge for us, which was a lovely surprise. |Thank you baobab for a wonderful stay and we will be back soon.

This was our second time staying here, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. We’ve been visiting Tenerife for six years, and after previously staying at the Ritz, this has become our regular holiday home.||From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth. We upgraded on site to a pool room, which was well worth it. Every staff member we encountered was kind, helpful, and couldn’t do enough for us.||Special thanks to the reception team including Dina, Hugo, Gerardo, and the MMA trainer, who went above and beyond. They even remembered and arranged the blender I used last year for my shakes.||The breakfast staff were equally brilliant. Yunna and her team made perfect omelettes every morning without us even asking, always with a smile and great care for our young child.||A special mention to our cleaner Andrea (hope I got that right). The room was spotless, and she was incredibly attentive throughout our stay.||Only small suggestion would be to open the gym earlier on Saturdays. While it’s closed Sundays, there are other gyms nearby. That said, the newly revamped gym is fantastic, and the padel courts were a regular family activity.||The hotel’s location is ideal, peaceful and away from the crowds.||Can’t wait to return next year and see all the friendly faces again.||Big thanks to all the staff. Even if I haven’t remembered every name, you all made our stay amazing!

We visited Baobab Suites for a week as a family as part of our celebrations this year of big birthdays and a big wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed! |From the very first moment we arrived the service from the staff was outstanding. They were all so friendly and also great with our children. We stayed in a Serenity Rio suite and were so impressed with the facilities and what a beautiful suite! It had everything we could possibly have needed. We tried to use the washing machine to find it wasn't working, it was replaced with a working machine within half an hour. Amazing service! |Breakfast was really nice, lots of choice and quality was very good. We opted to order breakfast boxes one morning too, which is such a special touch and we were able to eat outside by the pool. We also had a few little treats left for us on a couple of the days too which was such a nice extra special touch. |It was my 40th birthday during our stay and a birthday cake and drinks voucher were delivered to our suite. So lovely! |All in all an amazing experience at Baobab Suites, one which we didn't want to come home from! |Thank you to all Baobab staff for making our stay so special.

We booked a promotional suite at this hotel for a week.|It was beautiful, our suite had a fully fitted kitchen, a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. Coffee maker and pods. We had water delivered every day.|The suite was very large with a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and lounge. Our outside space was private and to our surprise we had a dip pool shared with 2 other suites we didn't see anyone else so had it to ourselves. It was more like a small swimming pool. We had an outside eating table and chairs with 2 umbrellas and 2 sun loungers.|They think of everything, and it shows.|The main pool area was lovely (there are 2). Towels are provided and everything is very clean |The bar is really nice with great views. The breakfast had everything you could want, and you could also order a breakfast box to your room.|Room cleaned daily by our lovely housekeeper, we were in V0.03.

Our 7th visit to this beautiful place! Had our favourite room yet with a huge balcony which got the sun until at least 3pm! It truly feels like a second home to us! Staff amazing, nobody ever walks past you without saying hello, no matter what their post is! Something that stood out for us this visit was the amazing breakfast we had on our first 4 days in the b.b lounge! Chefs attention to detail on the bread and pastry board was incredible with carved apples and cucumber! It was outstanding! Unfortunately i dont know the ladys name but was on service from sunday 29th june till 2nd july! Honestly these little things are the reason we come back time after time! Standard dropped slightly when chef changed Thursday but was still good. Special thank you to eva who served us each morning and was always pleasant and friendly! Also nice to catch up with the lovely Marisol again! Thank you team! Can't wait to come back in 10 weeks!

We had a fantastic stay at Baobab Suites! The room with a private pool was absolutely amazing – a perfect place to relax and unwind. The suite itself was spacious, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and always friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Taxis arrived quickly whenever we needed them, which made getting around super convenient. Breakfast was a real highlight – plenty of delicious options to choose from, with something for everyone. The gym was also impressive – modern, well-equipped, and perfect for keeping up with our workouts. The location is up on a hill, but we enjoy walking, so it wasn’t an issue for us – in fact, it made for some great views! We’d love to go back soon. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay!

The best hotel we have ever stayed in.|We were blown away from the moment we arrived.|Just stunning.|The suites are amazing with everything you need. Very clean and comfortable.|A view to die for from the patio/pool area.|Our room was on the ground floor with view right over the sea. The pool was a perfect temperature too.|It was our first time in tenerife and it was lovely.|However we prefer the Greek islands.|If this hotel was on a Greek island we would return every year.|The breakfast was out of this world and catered for everyone.|Staff were very friendly and helpful .|We stayed in the Summer 2023 and it was staying here that has made us prefer suites rather than hotels.|We've stayed in a few suites sinse but nothing tops Baobab.

Went in June for 2 weeks fantastic hotel stayed in a divinity bliss suite. Room was great very clean large balcony with sun beds table and chairs amenities in room were great. Staff really friendly nothing was a bother to them. Breakfast plenty of choices freshly squeezed orange juice was a great touch, ate in the bar restaurant food was great there as well. Overall a fantastic stay so much so have booked for next year no better review than that.

We came here in the middle (of hopefully the tail end) of the pandemic in May 2021 as it was one of the only places EU passport holders could travel without quarantine: Tenerife had a relatively good grasp on the pandemic and this hotel offered private suites with a large balcony and private pool and/or jacuzzi. Most importantly it "felt" safe and the staff did all they could to follow the necessary sanitary regulations in light of the pandemic. There were hand sanitizer stations literally on every corner and all the staff was wearing a face mask plus protective shield. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with jacuzzi (Serenity Allegra), the room was really more an apartment with a huge balcony on both sides and a fully equipped kitchen - absolutely not your average hotel kitchen! The decoration is nice and functional. The staff was very friendly and I loved the fact that you were able to communicate via whatsapp with them (although I might used it more often than a regular call - apologies for that!). The room service in the morning consisted out of a huge breakfast box (since most of the restaurants are closed). While we enjoyed the variety I also must note that it felt a bit wasteful as you have to choose between 4 different boxes and each of them contain things that we don't eat (out of personal preference) and they get thrown away but I guess it is the only way in a pandemic? The only restaurant open was the Fuel sport club bar restaurant, which was very average food wise and I guess that is the biggest downside: since a lot of places are closed, the dining and lunch options are quite limited and most things are only reachable by car (aka taxi). They do have a room service for lunch/dinner but the menu is not very extensive (understandably) and it would be good to at least extend it to the offering of the Fuel restaurant. In addition, when you book they state that there is free service to the nearest beach, where there are more restaurants but unfortunately that service is only until 5 pm (which I didn't see mentioned on the website, not sure if it is stated there!) but obviously dinner is typically later in the day so it isn't much of a use. Overall a good experience, would come again but hope they offer more food options -even in covid19 times!

We celebrated a week of holiday at Baobab Suites. A relatively new place 5 minutes by car away from Playa del Duque on Tenerife. Most suites, that are actually luxurious apartments, have their own swimmingpool. The fully equipped kitchen is especially convenient if you have kids. There is also a very long swimming pool and a small kids pool in a public area surrounded by comfortable sunbeds and colorful design parasols. Here is also the pool bar that has a nice lunch menu or you can have dinner here. Breakfast is served in your suite or you can enjoy it in the other restaurant of the place, which is underground and also serves dinner at night. With the breakfast they bring in the room come some Nespresso cups for the machine that is in the room. This is very handy as the coffee in the restaurant is really bad. But that is the only criticism I have. The place is very suitable for families but also nice for couples without children. If you do have children with you, you have to visit the kidsclub! I don't think there is a kindergarden anywhere in the world so spacey and with so many nice toys! The sitter is there 5 days a week and they allow children from 4 years and older to stay without the parents. Younger children have to come with their parents. Also on the other two days of the week kids can play there with supervision of a parent. The hotel has a taxi service to and from the beach at any time you like. From there you can walk along the boulevard or go to the shopping area. A taxi is always there within a few minutes. For day trips you can get all the information you need at the excursion desk of the hotel. The lady is very helpful to discuss possibilities to explore the island. If you like design, luxury and comfort on your holiday, this is a place to choose.
