BAPE STORE NEW YORK SOHO

My first experience at BAPE was amazing. Friendly staff and excellent service. Shout out Nia for the assistance. Will definitely come here again when I’m back in NYC!

Swung through Bape Soho on a flying visit to see some friends. Jordan & Dash were super helpful, had good product knowledge and had a great chat about the EPL; fantastic customer service all around, luckily managed to grab some NY exclusive gear. Miss the old location on Greene St. but it is what it is.

Huge fan of the brand so it was cool being to their second NYC location. The stores design was overall pretty cool and very fitting of the surrounding area. The employees were helpful but maybe not as much as the Madison ave store. Either way they were still awesome and were helpful non the less.

I had an amazing experience here. Jennifer was very helpful with assisting me in finding my size, picking out shorts to find and overall a very nice person. The atmosphere was comforting and the other staff members were all very friendly and polite. This was my third experience here and it never fails to impress me and find something for me. I would’ve liked to buy more things but they had run out of my sizes in some shirts and shorts if you come here you have to come early. 10/10 experience!

Sab and Jen are the sweetest most helpful store employees I have ever met. They helped me out so much and were so kind. The security guard miko is my fave security guard in the whole city. Had a great store experience!!

Shoutout to Nia for the best customer service, her and the staff let me take pictures of the store, helped me try on everything and made me feel super welcome in there. I had bad experiences with other hype stores but this BAPE definitely changed my mind 🔥🔥🔥🔥

DASH WAS AMAZING! I went to NYC for valentines day just to go to the bathing ape store! I'm from Pittsburgh so i always just get my bathing ape clothing from the social status in Pittsburgh, they're great but the selection is NOTHING compared to here! Dash made sure we were well taken care of! They made me so happy!!

10/10 customer service. the employees were extremely polite and allowed me to try on clothes and constantly asked if we needed help. great experience.

I love me some Bape been going to both locations for a lot of years now. They always treat me nice whenever I go to the store. They usually have what I want and I'm happy about that. There are many chooses to choose from great selections. The value is based on what you want to buy.

Amazing team specially Nia assisted my friend and I with everything we needed she went above and beyond and made my experience a great one.

Everyone was professional, accommodating and nice! One of the sales reps brought out similar styles when they didn't have the size we needed.

Got my first bape hoodie after years of wanting one I could never afford one. Got the ovo collab shark hoodie. The worker in front , young guy around 25 years old short hair was very nice. He let me try on the hoodies and had great manners. Ton of cool bape products here. When I went to Supreme there wasn't a single item I liked but here there a ton of cool hoodies and shoes and accessories. It is pricey though... 500 dollars for one hoodie. He said it was the newest release and came out this week. I like it a lot and recommend you come here

Came here to get a gift for my sons birthday & I was geeeted by Reef who was extremely helpful and gave me a plethora of options to choose from. Ending up purchasing l two shirts!! Each member of the staff were engaging & welcoming! Will definitely be coming back.

Service was very unsavory unless your skin is of a lighter complexion and your willing to spend thousands. Welp I was neither. Customer service was subpar. The associates weren't very helpful in regards to selling of the merchandise. No suggestive sales or dressing room. You have to know for certain your size and how the many same cut different iron on your is gonna fit. There is a no refund exchange policy. All sales are final so make sure you are utterly completely satisfied with your purchase. My overall experience was not good so I'm a thousand percent sure I'll never patronize again.

DON'T GO HERE. The rudest customer service as soon as you enter the door. They don't greet you but instead make rude remarks in front of you to other workers instead of asking you politely to leave your drink at the front or choose to yell at you to not take photos. Other bape location is more professional. makes me not want to buy bape products anymore considering the way you're treated...

Store is a let down should have stayed closer, rude workers, rude bouncer. Makes no sense compared to the Madison store. They make you wait on line when the store is empty and check your temperature and keep in mind the Madison ave store dosent do any of this. People in the store give you a wired vibe in which if your not buying it get out. Dont come here go to the Madison store much more professional friendly and completely different environment trust me you won't regret it.
