Beautiful Mandir but make time for the main one! This temple in Edison is peaceful, clean, and a lovely place to pause and reconnect. It offers a glimpse into the artistry and devotion behind the BAPS tradition. That said this location is just the temple, without the full cultural complex or exhibitions. If you’re nearby, it’s worth a quick stop. But if you truly want to experience the magnificence of BAPS, I highly recommend driving just 30 minutes more to the Robbinsville Mandir. The larger one is a spiritual and architectural wonder with carved marble, tranquil gardens, and an unforgettable presence. Both are free to enter and open to all but if you only have time for one, go for the big one.

Parking lot is huge but gets packed. It is however well organized as they have staff that direct parking like at amusement parks. The building itself is very ornate and beautiful to see. The young women were decorating a banner and were very inviting motioning me to come inside the building. There's a small store inside with Indian snacks, religious items, etc. If you plan to visit for non religious purposes, try to come when there is no service.

Marvelous grand architecture and beautiful Mandir (Hindu Temple). There is a shop within the temple which has a wide range on packed food and Indian Idols, cultural books. And also has a cafeteria with Satvik food options (without onion garlic preparation). Very reasonable and delicious preparation.

Nice temple. Temple is in the ground floor and upper floor has large hall for satsang. Nice crafted and decorated temple. You can sit and meditate inside the temple. Lot of options for donations, they even accept cryptocurrency. Even before you could see the temple you will see food items, God idols, pickles, agarbatties, sweets for sale. They also have basketball court next to Satsang hall. Washrooms and shoe 👟 👠 area are in both the floors. Limited parking spots. See pics and videos for more details. Thanks 🙏👍

A temple where worship of god is less and beauty of structure is more. A temple where the divine presence is secondary to the architectural marvel. It’s less about revering the divine and more about flaunting an architectural masterpiece!

Impressive scale – you can really feel the grandeur and epic nature of the architecture. An important plus is that if you arrive without following the dress code, they’ll provide you with something to cover up. The big downside is that it all feels a bit fake once you look closer. It’s especially disappointing when you examine a column and see that the skirting are literally screwed on with visible screws, not even filled or hidden. It’s clear this was done to save money, but still.

Absolutely stunning place. This place is huge and definitely a place that should be added to everyone's bucket list. BAPS is definitely a family friendly place because it is a Hindu temple. The architecture is beautiful and crafted so neatly. This temple is huge, there's so much to see and walk through. This was quite the experience!

the interiors were really good and it was nicely maintained however I request baps temples to prohibit phones in the prayer room. There was a huge crowd of people who were in a line to seek prayers and blessings however a huge percentage of that chunk were standing there just to click pictures which didn't let people who really wanted to pray to either wait a long time or walk from behind without seeing the gods. It's a genuine request for these temples to prohibit phone in the prayer room. Please take this seriously and Please take this in action

We got to this temple more through a calling as we have passed this temple umpteen number of times on the NJ Turnpike and wanted to visit this some day. As you arrive at this temple, you realize what you have seen from Turnpike is only a tip of the iceberg. This temple is just humongous in size with beautiful lightings and has a massive parking area. The temple has tall columns that are intricately designed and built. Enter and you will find a divine atmosphere with the deities. This is one of the Swaminarayan temples that has men and women divided between two sides while worshipping. They have a marketplace with a lot of gifts, snacks and readymade food items and a canteen which was not open while we were there.

Wow ! Amazing architecture and superbly built mandir. It's just so so good. The sculptures are amazingly done . Looking at the massive architecture outside , the temple inside is simple ... they have a hall of dieties and it's great. The food stall and marketplace was bigger than the main hall. They have some really good stuff to eat and we got some authentic gujarati delicacies. Lots of parking outside . Overall a good place of worship...
