The Moulin Rouge Has Been Turned Into an Airbnb—and We Spent the Night

"To reach the nearest bathroom, I’d have to enter the club next door, Le Bar à Bulles."

No words, just gorgeous ❣️ The view is very unexpected and the cocktails are unique, I really liked the Vodka glacée 🍹 and the Basil smash!!

The only selling point is that you are on top of the Moulin Rouge. Tasteless food, falafel with sort of a mayonnaise sauce (supposedly Tzatziki), self service. Drinks are ok but wine menu is disappointing (natural wines).

Great bar to grab a drink and enjoy it in a amazing atmosphere. Wonderful rooftop area - you can sipp your drinks sitting right next to the iconic red mill on top of the moulin rouge. Also, the inside area is really nice to sit, chat, relax and drink s glass of wine. Prices are okay.

This place is so incredible, there’s a million tourists down on the street taking pictures of the building but no one upstairs at the bar, no one seems to know it exists! I sat literally right next to the windmill and drank the yummiest peach rum punch

A wonderful quaint little rooftop bar and club that serves brunch. The vibe is awesome and very french. It has an open layout on the roof so you can get indoors or stay out under umbrellas. 25 euros get you all you can have coffee-tea-juice-croissants-bread and then it's a 2 course breakfast which includes the main dish + fruit/dessert. Another 5 euros will get you cocktails. Not bad at all.

Yelp
Wowwwwww. Did you know that you can have drinks next to the windmill on the rooftop at Moulin Rouge?! AND they have OUTSTANDING cocktails?! Well, you can!! Came here with my friends and got to experience both the roof and the room downstairs (after it started raining). The inside has an eclectic mix of lamps hanging from the ceiling and a super cool vibe. It seemed like a lot of locals hang out here based on the language everyone was speaking. The bartender was super nice too and of course responded in English when I tried to order in French. Great charcuterie, too. This place is a MUST when you come to Paris!

Yelp
My Mom introduced me to Bar a Bulles, which has great "curb appeal" although their Sunday brunch was popin' (people everywhere) Mais bien sur, the French especially love catching some rays so any sunny outdoor spot they can get they will hitch a tent if you let them. lol I must have walked around the whole perimeter of the place about 5-6 times, maybe more before were able to get a prime table in a prime spot. First downside that I noted: that day was self-seating which isn't the best idea for that type of establishment especially with the brunch menu that they serve. The Food was really good, they have a few options to chose from: Scrambled eggs on a toasted bun with Bacon, salmon or just veggies with a side of sweet potato fries and another 3 options for dessert, during my visit they had Panna Cotta, Cheesecake or dessert of the day: fruit salad in a cute jar. We opted for the cheesecake for which I was so pleased with my decision as soon as I took the first bite. They also offer unlimited viennoiserie (croissant & pain au chocolat pastries) , bread and unlimited drinks (fruits juices, coffee and teas) All this for 24 euros, incoyable mais vrai =) As I touched on before, this venue has such great potential. I'm not sure how things re ran during the week but on sunny days when they offer all that you can eat options they should also offer better seating assistance. I think a sign in sheet could go a long way. I even saw some tables playing what I call musical tables, picking up and moving to another, shadier table at their whim when you have newcomers walking in and busers taking anywhere up to 15-20 mins to clean tables because of all of the multitasking and running around that they're doing to keep everything stocked. That said the staff was cool and sympa I just wish that there were either a couple more people to go around or that were better organized. I look forward to trying Bar a Bulles again in the near future.

Yelp
I love this spot. For the past few weeks it's my go-to secluded terrace spot as it's away from the street. Their small plates which I find reasonably priced. Only downside is that because it's so popular, on a Friday particularly, 10 mins after opening you'll struggle to get a spot outside.
