The Coziest Restaurant in Every State

"The Bar at the Columns Hotel, designed by Thomas Sully, is set apart from the French Quarter. The Victorian Lounge bar features twelve-foot mahogany doors and fifteen-foot paneled ceilings, making it a perfect spot for a mint julep." - Food & Wine Editors

Beautifully restored mansion that is now a bar, restaurant and hotel. We went several times - at night to the bar and for afternoon brunch on the porch. Drinks at the dark and romantic bar were the perfect way to start a night out. Saturday brunch was amazing - we had smoked fish, a burger and the shrimp and grits. (The shrimp & grits and smoked fish were gluten free). They also allowed our dog to sit with us on the porch for brunch. The service was very friendly.

Iconic New Orleans hotel/bar. A must see for anyone visiting NO. Have been many times for cocktails and apps. Outdoor seating on the porch is the perfect way to relax and look out at St. Charles Ave and the street car. Inside is historic with a nice bar and seating areas.

We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. Service was quick. We came in for cocktails. We had the Cucumber Tom Collin’s, the Coconut Hurricane, and the Moose Springsteen. Highly recommend the Moose Springsteen. It was delicious and refreshing!

Stopped in for drinks. Amazing place. If you enjoy nice cocktails and ornate buildings this is a gem.
