I really wish I had checked the ratings before ordering. Nashville is known for great barbecue, but Bar-B-Cutie in the A/B Terminal clearly missed that memo. The pulled pork was disappointing..., dry, flavorless, and lacking any hint of smoke or barbecue essence. Honestly, I’ve had better from a grocery store deli. The mac & cheese didn’t help redeem the meal either. It was bland, overcooked, and just… not good. Ironically, the best part of the meal was the coleslaw, which tasted exactly like the pre-made stuff you’d get from Costco. Not terrible, but not exactly a win either. Airport food can be hit or miss, and unfortunately, this was a miss.

Mid at best.. stopped at Bar-b-cutie smokehouse in Nashville airport for a quick breakfast bite as I was trying something "new." Got the pulled pork with eggs and cheese burrito. Eggs were the best part of the meal as the pulled pork was lifeless and plain tasting. The lady behind the counter was super nice, though. I should have gone to Chick-fil-A.

Pork BBQ was terrible. Tasted like it was a few days old. Did not eat it as I was concerned of food borne illness. Service was good, people nice, but would never go back. Atmosphere- it’s an airport, so not their fault.

I ordered a beef brisket sandwich ,potato salad and a sweet tea. The brisket sandwich was mixed with sauce but dry 😩 and very peppery. The sweet sauce wasn't sweet and the mild sauce was sweeter than the sweet sauce. The potato salad was good, because it tasted like Sysco or Sam's club. I guess fast and easy is bbq to them. The cashier looked depressed and so did the line cook. I really don't know how a place like this got into the Airport.

Food was good, but I don't feel it supported the cost.. we had a very large variety of food send to us, from loaded potatoes, to brisket and all the sides you could think of! We tried the sweet, Carolina and mild bbq sauces and were good with a nice burn from the spice. I would recommend, however be prepared for the cost.

The employees were amazing. Couldn’t be anymore friendlier. However, the food was just OK. The chicken literally had no flavor and the Mac and cheese and coke slaw were subpar. I had the Pancho (bowl) and it was OK, again, chicken had no flavor to it. The best thing was that they did offer free refills on your soft drinks, something you rarely find at an airport eatery. So, overall, it was OK and certainly will not be my first or second choice of food. All this set me back $38 including drinks.

Location in the airport wasn’t bad. Service was good but they were out of popular items and also said that cash wasn’t accepted (very inconvenient for traveling). Pulled chicken sandwich was decent (chicken was dry and there wasn’t much sauce/flavor), the potato salad was very good but a very small portion for how much you have to pay, but the fried pickles were awesome (and the sauce that comes with it is tasty!) Overall it was a decent option but I don’t know that I would ever try it again.

I changed my stars to 4. I get really tired of seeing bad staff ruining a good restaurant. It was one of the worst customer service interactions I have seen in a long time. I just wanted the owners to know. The owners just need to sit and watch those 2 guys. It was brutal. That being said, there are a number of places in the airport that the same could be said of. All the best guys.

One of the best bbq sandwiches I've ever had! Pulled pork, sausage, cheese sauce, jalapeños and a big onion ring. Amazing! The mac and cheese was super cheesy too! A must do at the nashville airport.

Don't pass on the banana pudding! It is SO good, perfect mix of wafers, bananas, pudding, and whipped cream. Wish I got a picture but it was too good to wait on.

There isn't too much options for food at the Nashville airport. I got a brisket sandwich which was $11, not worth it. If you want a side and drink its an additional $6. Employee wasnt too friendly. The food was.. well... terminal food.. cant expect much. It was ok, overdone/hard. Had an ok flavor.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I may just come back to Nashville just to see Miss Paula again. Food was great. Sweet tea was better and Mc N Cheese was bussin.

So I tried it... Have you ever heard of @barbcutie in Nashville. While waiting for other in my party to arrive my stomach reminded me they we are running on fumes. So I headed over to this eatery to grab some breakfast. I went for the brisket burrito which comes with brisket, eggs and cheese. I am not a big proponent of eggs and brisket therefore I just ordered brisket with cheese. The burrito. Explaining how delicious the brisket is makes me lost for words. It comes with the right about kick that makes the overall bite savoring. I like it so much that I stopped twice. I understand they have a location but the deliciousness I encounters was at the @bna_airport. The airport is definitely a busy place so there may be a wait. Fabulous food! But the lady bussing the tables was better!!! We're from out of town and don't have one of these where we live. Next time we come to Nashville we'll be back!!! I personally loved the Mac 'n cheese and the radish greens.

Panchos: Pulled pork is lacking flavor and bbq sauce. It isn't spectacular just okay. Onion rings are crunchy and crispy. They had live music with a guy singing and playing keyboard. Nice ambiance, not too noisy. Seating area is common for all the food court restaurants. Good service, didn't take long to get my order, the server was friendly

Terrible customer service. The two girls standing at the register taking orders spend more time talking to each other and flirting back and forth with the boy cooking than they do taking orders and listening to customers. Both girls had AirPods in and were on their phones, which meant my ordering interrupted their music and they had to take their AirPods out. They quickly got to work and payed attention to customers when the manager came out to do something. The meals are supposed to include a side and a drink but I was charged extra for my side and received no drink. Terrible terrible terrible. Staffing needs to be seriously reevaluated. The food was lukewarm but at least the taste was okay. Update: one of the workers coming back from break CLIMBED over the serving counter instead of going through the door.... NEVER COME HERE!

Don't waste your money. The food is not very good and the service isn't any better. Then to top it all off they got the order wrong in the end. I took a bit had a really bad flavor tossed it in the garbage.

It was okay 6 people in line took 8 minutes for my food to come out. The iced tea was good I got half sweet half tea un sweetened tea. The food wasn't bad but it wasn't mind blowing either:)

Good food at a decent price. There are better BBQ places, because of sauce selection.

This place has great airport food! I ordered the pulled pork sandwich which was so delicious, I also got the Panchos to share (which are nachos) and they were also delicious! The service was very quick and the food isn't too much considering it's from the airport ($7 for a pretty full size sandwich)!

One of the worst restaurants I've ever stepped foot in. Rude employees and horrible food. Spend your money elsewhere

I tried the pulled chicken sandwich. The chicken was tender and juicy. The sweet barbecue sauce was pretty good. The macaroni and cheese was nothing special, thank Kraft macaroni and cheese. The people were friendly and it appeared to be clean. I wouldn't go out of my way to search out this restaurant, but it wasn't bad to have while waiting for a flight

Friendly service and very good breakfast. I had the brisket egg cheese burrito and it was delicious! Lots of brisket too.

phenomenal service at bar b que. I got free sweet corn because I'm from the Midwest! they really did the most and the barbecue was great!
