Bar Borisov

Booked a table for 15 to celebrate my 28th birthday and... what a night! Thanks to the whole Borisov team, we had a fantastic evening. The food was delicious, the cake beautiful, and the music was on point. Will definitely be back.

We went for a restaurant pop up, Fuku. I cannot give 5 starts because it was slow, around 30 min between dishes. But I must say that the food was awesome. The ramen was one of the best I have ever tried, and it was pumpkin ramen (vegetarian), sooo tasty and creamy. The food has a 10. I understand that it is a pop up so that might explain the slow rythim, but.. they will open in Oost on February and I cannot wait to go and try in their real space, I have the feeling that it will be a great experience.

Good food and staff was kind and helpful. It was quite cold at first when we came in but we were helped immediately and the problem was solved for us. I would like to see a few more options in the menu especially for the desserts and the wines. Parking for cars is available but unfortunately it is payed. It would be great if this would be mentioned on the website.

Great place. They do offer the possibility to work there .... in Dutch it's "flexwerkplek". In English it's....mobile office... temporary office... one day office?

Quite expensive wine pairing (20 eur for 1.5 glasses) while they don't even refresh your glasses and pour all the wine in 1 🤦🏻‍♀️ same goes for cutlery... 3 courses with the same cutlery. Yikes. No way to phone them and tell them you are delayed if you have a reservation... the place itself a bit rundown especially the bathrooms. Only the food I came for (a takeover event) was nice.

Enjoyed an amazing lunch with one of their pop-up chefs. Food was exceptional, wines carefully selected. Extremely welcoming atmosphere and staff. Unique and well decorated location. Would definitely recommend.
