A great little spot for pintxos. A lot to choose from. You grab a paper form, fill out what you want (and how many), hand it to one of the staff behind the counter, and they load it up on plates for you. Also on the menu is a veal cheek and crispy shrimp and they are both exquisite. This place gets filled with locals and tourists alike. It's a great experience and good food.

Great location to people watch and have a bite of some nice tapas. To be fair we only had a couple of things to eat, but the octopus we had was a little tough but the venue and fun vibe outweighs the average vibe of the food we had. Maybe next time we’ll need to try more.

DONT BOTHER! If you’re a tourist, don’t go here. Horrible guy who doesn’t seem to realise it doesn’t cost anything to be kind and could have ruined a lovely night of our holiday! Doesn’t deserve a job in a place that has so much potential. As soon as you see a paper sheet to order your food, you know you should leave but we made the mistake of staying because it was fairly busy. The food was okay but you can get better elsewhere and the service was terrible. We asked for some olive oil and salt for our bread and the man pictured said they didn’t have any very abruptly (after snatching my sheet from me in the first place) I’m sorry but we are in Spain, and you don’t have olive oil.

Pinchos ok, there's a good variety but they are not exceptional. Rude barman chased us down the road and accused us of not paying. When his colleague assured him that we had, he didn't even apologize for his mistake and just walked off. Luckily his colleague was professional and apologised (hence the 2 stars for the service) But won't be going back

General bad experience. The main waiter is focused playing a game on his phone, so no care of the food he is selling. Microwaved the food for few seconds and gave it to us cold. 7.5€ for a small and tiny dry and hard octopus leg. Tortilla is bad cooked with a lot of oil.

Highly recommend. Good service, tasty options. We were there 3 times:)

Tasty tapas smack in the middle of Donostia's historical centre (right by the Santa Maria Cathedral in the main street). Unfortunately, this also means it's rather touristy. Orders are made on paper (don't expect the traditional 'counting the toothpicks' experience here), so the ambiance could be better. It's still a nice place though. Make sure you're hungry early at noon, otherwise you won't find a seat. Bar stools are wobbly and unstable, so be careful!

It was too noisy for my liking, but I’m sure most people don’t mind. Ambiance is pleasant and The walls had things very San Sebastián..unmistakably touristic place, very near the old church almost at the corner at the end of the street, you won’t miss this spot. Servers are nice, they look brusque men but are smiling, efficient and professional. Price is also tourist price, unsurprisingly. The hams were good, but too oily for me. I got acid reflux attack on the third bite. My friends enjoyed their pintxos, we mostly ordered the hams because we had seafood pintxos at another restaurant just before. They had many other comfort food like eggs and fried chicken in this restaurant, I can imagine this place would be really good for me to stop by after a night of drinking and craving for comfort food. Maybe that’s what you should do if and when you visit here!
