Pulpería Celta delivers an authentic experience, enhanced by the warmth and sense of humor of its owner, who creates a welcoming atmosphere. That said, during our visit several of the dishes we requested were unfortunately unavailable, which limited the culinary offering.
What we did try was satisfying: xipirones (baby squid) well prepared, a flavorful and nicely textured Galician-style octopus, fresh razor clams, and the ever-classic pan con tomate, simple yet always enjoyable in Catalonia.
One aspect that could be improved is communication: the menu was only available in Catalan, which made it challenging to fully navigate the selection.
