The food was amazing 😋very fresh and delicious. The grilled seafood was excellent and full of flavor. The staff, especially Marcus were very friendly and kind. It was one of the best seafood experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

Well it doesn’t get any better than this. The concept is: you buy whatever you want from the market and bring it to these guys. They know what they are doing and will prepare your fish perfectly. Add a caña or two and you‘re living your best life. Just make sure at the market you tell them you need the fish for here meaning cleaned and ready for the grill, they don’t clean at the bar.

They grill any seafood which you buy in the market for 6 €. The sandwich is very good so definitely you shouldn’t miss it!!

Bar es Mercat is a great place in quieter part of Palma (but still very close to city center). If you're looking for nice, cosy local place to eat or drink something and don't want to spend fortune (beer for 1,8€), Bar es Mercat will be an ideal option. Located on local market/bazaar, where you can buy fruits, local products or fresh seafood.
