Bar dos Descasados

I had the worst bar experience in my life in here, even though I travel a lot. I decided to take a date here because it looked like it has a nice ambiance and chilled-out place. While I was waiting for my friend, I ordered a scotch. The waiter brought it in a pink crystal glass, which kind of looked like a candle jar, so I couldn't see the inside in the dimmed light. As soon as I took a sip, I had something crunchy in my mouth, thinking that it was a leaf. I took it back to the bar to give it back and under the light, I saw that the glass was full of flies (at least 10)! I was disgusted by it, so ran to the restroom to was my mouth immediately. The staff didn't even apologies, so I called the manager. He told me that the bar is outdoors, and the flies can get into glasses, so he offered me a free drink. I still can feel the flies in my mouth, it's such a shame!

One of the most intimate bars you will find here in RJ! Nice for couples, the ambiance is so lovely, have beds were you can share one drink or two or three with your beloved one. You can't use the bed to have sex tho.

Loved this bar. One of the nicest hotel bars I have been to. You don't feel like your in a hotel but a nice upscale bar. The drinks were excellent and very fresh. Good atmosphere and music.

A very expensive bar with not really impressive views. But nevertheless it has a nice interior.

Beautiful bar but close early on weekdays.
