It saddens me to write a review like this for a business, however we have had a shocking experience with Bar Elvina. Whilst our dining experience was nice, we were accidentally over charged $500 (for a large group). We understand mistakes happen and this is okay. However, it has now been almost 3 weeks since the booking and the refund hasn't even been processed. We were assured on the spot that the refund would be back in our account 2-3 business days. We have called the restaurant twice to follow up, both times with very vague responses and no urgency to process the refund. I have also sent 2 emails to the owner, however still no refund. Super disappointing and unprofessional as we are talking about a significant amount being overcharged here and no real care to re-imburse customers. Check your bill thoroughly when dining here guys.
