Super disappointed. This place had a lot of potential, but the service was horrible. We were seated right away, yet it took forever for someone to come take our order. After finally ordering, they needed to came back later just to confirm it. We only ordered two drinks, and even those took a long time—especially considering it wasn’t very crowded. When our drinks finally arrived, we ordered food, which never came and wasn’t even on the bill, so the order clearly wasn’t placed. We ordered a second round of drinks and, again, waited forever. Would not recommend. We went to another bar on this trip that’s ranked in the top 50—despite long lines and being extremely crowded, we were able to order right away, the wait was very short, and we were even given water and snacks while waiting.

I was super excited to try out bar felix. Unfortunately we were ignored while 3 of the staff chatted and looked at me waiting to order at the bar. Apparently it’s table service but for us it appears not. Even getting up to order I still had to wave down staff in an empty bar. Then when it came time to pay I again had to hunt down a member of staff who then came back ten minutes later with an automatic 20 percent tip selected on the card machine. What a joke! Really unpleasant! They’ve forgotten what customers service is and the experience as a whole was woefully disappointing.

Loved the vibe of this place, friendly bartender, and good drinks/prices for the neighborhood. Didn't get to eat as we had just had dinner elsewhere, but will definitely be back to try the pizza. It all looked awesome!

We came here expecting a great night, and honestly, everything started off amazing. The service was fantastic — the manager and bartenders were friendly, attentive, and made some of the best cocktails we’ve had in Mexico City. The atmosphere was fun, relaxed, and exactly what you’d want for a night out. Unfortunately, things took a turn when the owner came out and started yelling at the manager right in front of everyone. It was incredibly uncomfortable to watch. The poor girl had been doing an excellent job, but the owner’s behavior completely killed the vibe. It’s really disappointing when one person’s ego ruins an otherwise perfect experience. The staff deserves better leadership — we won’t be coming back until that changes.

Great vibes, good music and amazing food and drinks

One of my favourite spots in Mexico City. The pizza was phenomenally good - we had the margarita and added anchovies and garlic. Absolutely delicious. The cucumber salad for starters was also amazing - so flavourful. Great vibe to the place too!
