Bar Fouquet's Cannes

My experience was so memorable! I enjoyed an outdoor table and ordered the Bartender Emanuel Balestra’s custom drink The Levande. There is a charming but highly productive garden on the Seventh floor that produces not only the delicious herbs, flowers and flavors for their custom drinks, but also has their own bee colony to pollinate the organic plants. My food and drink were spectacular and thanks to manager Guillermo Pittaluga for the amazing tour of the garden and the extraction process!!! I will be back next time I am in town. Truly the best bar in Cannes!

Atmosphere is typical classical hotel bar, nice. Service, impeccable. Drinks, the ones with the perfume pairing - awesome. Bar food? Horrible. My fries taste of fish, the club sandwich bland. San daniele plate came with less than fresh mortadella that had gone bad. Yes, really bad. Too bad, it could have been so awesome. Do better please. Later. A discussion with someone I believe has some sort managerial position was askinh about it, instead of just apologizing he said we were wrong in all cases. Great sense of service. Congratulations. In the end they did not charge for the San Daniele. Point is still valid. But appreciate the gesture. The Marc pictured. Fantastic. Worth it.

Went on a dead night and chatted with Tom the bartender. My G&T was good.

Classic decor but filled with loud Americans. Good cocktails but good luck getting any service.

Beautiful bar, loved the decor and the barman was very friendly. He even gave me his corkscrew when I asked to borrow it. The price of the cocktails was hideous as expected. €25 each for a regular drink.
