Great spot with indoor / outdoor seating in the Isola area of Milan.
Looks like it was an old industrial area.
We only had drinks - €5 for 500ml Menabrea and €7 for a glass of Primitivo.
Friendly service.

Very nice pub with a great atmosphere, good service, and tasty food. Unfortunately, I didn’t take any photos—only of my sandwich, which was absolutely fantastic.

Great spot, funky, and full of good vibes. We came here before 17.00 and it was empty, and in about an hour the place was packed inside and outside (as you can see in the photos).
The service was rather quick, and everyone was friendly except maybe for one person, but that wasn't an issue. Wide range of really good cocktails and the food tasted fresh. Apperitief itself, however, was no more than plain focaccia and popcorn. Recommended.

Great bar with a relaxed atmosphere. Very lovely in the evening under the cover of the glass and leaves. Open through the afternoon which is a blessing for travellers. Great place to sit in the shade with a fantastic range of cocktails, gins, wines and beers.
The food looks great and the staff were very friendly, attentive and patient with my terrible Italian. They also speak English.

Amazing tapas style bites with friendly service and a great vibe. Also has a pretty extensive wine list by the glass and their light Pilsner was such a crisp beer on a hot summer day. Skip the octopus and go for the croquettes. So good!

Bar Frida is a secluded neighbourhood bar with homestyle food and cheap drinks. The risotto and lasagna were both good and the staff were friendly. The outdoor dining area is a big draw - cool and comfortable with a cozy feel.

The place is super cool in center Milan full of young people and good atmosphere it’s quite full around aperitivo time but I will definitely go back. Also great food and prices !

Yelp
We swung by for aperitivo around 6pm and were immediately seated. There were a few larger parties inside and we wanted to steer clear of them, and it was quite pleasant outside anyway. It has a very creative vibe with plenty of foliage, and looks like there are a few studios down the hall.
Their big menu made it rather difficult to decide on what to drink. We got the Ginger Sour and Japanese Iced Tea, 7 euros each. Good, cheap drinks! Not the most amazing food selection we've had, but we enjoyed our time here.

Yelp
Went for aperitivo. Free offerings were stale popcorn and mediocre breadsticks. Paid appetizers were all fried, and only good once you imbibed. Drinks were all right. I know it's Milan and all, but that's probably the best thing this place has going for it.

Yelp
Amazing beers and tapas in a super setting with plants and a beautiful moon hanging from the wall.
Perfect for a casual evening with friends or a date...

Yelp
When you think 'chill bars' in Milano, Frida has to be on any list. This well-known hangout in the ever-cool hood of Isola in Milano has a lot going for it. Their outdoor but undercover space is perfect in warmer months and the indoor seating is crowded all the year round. Happy Hour is wonderful here. Besides the good Italian beers, there is a free buffet that is very tasty. Warning - Don't go near the focaccia at the buffet because you won't be able to stop eating it! Yes, Frida is the epitome of Milano chill!

Yelp
Cute place for a quick drink and a snack. No real main food dishes to speak of but still worth the stop.

Yelp
Amazing vibe, and good service. Lovely if you're looking for a relaxed, youthful, creative atmosphere with locals. Good prices for Milan, but not the cheapest place you'll find. Apertivo offers a wide selection of food.

Yelp
Loud venue usually attended by youngsters and students. Something between a bar and a "centro sociale", but without a real identity. So you'll find lot of alternative people, and if you go out to the patio you can't miss the smell of pot. On the other hand when a place gets popular its managers forget the origin and think at the business: so quality drops and prices rise. Still OK if you want to drink a beer, not for more elaborated cocktails.
