For that classic Italian manager who can't take criticism, let me state this upfront before you give a nonsensical response: I worked as a bartender for 8 years in NY, São Paulo, and Melbourne, and my tips were always better than my salary. Out of 6 attempts at drinks, all were a sad failure. The definition isn't "bad drink," but "why is this thing unbearably sweet?" It's sad to note that drinking well in Milan (like two decades ago or perhaps at Rita's) has become so difficult. However, the atmosphere is beautiful, the service was very kind, and the snacks are tasty. But if you go there to drink, don't waste your time (or money).
