BAR IDEAL totally lives up to its name — it’s the ideal spot to hang out! The place has such a cool vibe, with architecture and design that really stand out from anywhere else around. Funky, stylish, and full of character — every corner feels photo-worthy. The drinks? Absolutely on point. Tried a spicy margarita on the rocks (don’t get jealous 😏) and it was chef’s kiss — perfectly balanced with just the right kick. The music was insane — an eclectic mix that kept the energy up all night and made it impossible not to move. And a huge shoutout to Mara, who took care of us like a pro — friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations. She really made the night extra special. If you’re looking for a spot that combines great drinks, killer tunes, and a unique atmosphere — BAR IDEAL is the place to be.

We went in November and the atmosphere outside felt like April. We like the variety of cocktails and the vinyl vibe. I wish they hadn’t taken the vintage neon sign off. It was giving so much character.

Great atmosphere for a drink and decently priced. Good music and aesthetically appealing design. Does close abruptly, so make sure you get there at peak.

I just stopped by for a coffee, which was good. Very nice aesthetics and vinyl playing. I would definitely return to try some drinks

A beautiful corner cocktail bar in the heart of Athens. Tasty cocktails, nice atmosphere and easy going people. You must definitely pay a visit.

Fantastic atmosphere! This bar is so beautiful and I'm happy to see it always seems very busy too. They have space indoors but mostly outdoors with tables on the alley. We had very good cocktails and chilled outside for a while. I love the look of it, I'll be back!

The bar was very nice, the drinks and the music were perfect, but there were too many people, so the noise was pretty loud and the service was a bit slow because of the crowd around the place. All in all I would advise anyone who wants to go, be there before 20:30 and you will enjoy everything that the place has to offer!
