I ate here on my trip to Granada and was disappointed. While the food was good (especially the fried fish), the atmosphere was not what I expected. The restaurant has a sign that indicates people should talk to a waiter if they want a table and wait outside to be seated, but guests tended to just walk right into the restaurant, hover near diners who were finishing up, and then grab a table. People were also taking seats from the bar for larger groups at tables, leaving no stools there. My husband and I were initially taken to a standing spot at the bar with a promise of a table when one was available (we went ahead and ordered drinks), but the table that was supposed to be ours was abruptly taken by a couple who walked in off the street without talking to a server. The environment was noisy and chaotic. I felt very rushed during dinner. While this is a good fish spot, I don't recommend it if you're looking for a quiet, nice dinner. There are many tapas bars outside Plaza Nueva that offer wine and tapas in an intimate setting with a relaxed atmosphere. I think this is a good spot for food, but wanted to note in my review that it's important to calibrate your expectations in terms of environment.
Overall the restaurant could do much better with managing guests and the seating process. I did see several people queue up outside and wait patiently, but my experience was marred by people who consistently barged in and powered up to tables or the bar, even while other guests were there, with seemingly no consideration. There is another location for this restaurant outside of the main plaza/tourist area that I'd be willing to give a try. The food we had was good, but the experience of dinner is also a factor.
