Bar Lute was fabulous. The service was excellent, very attentive and friendly. The food was incredible - light and full of flavour. Highly recommend the eggplant croquettes and the tiramisu. Lots of local wine, cava, beer options. Can sit inside or stand on the outside to enjoy the fresh air and neighbourhood dogs. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again. Great little community vibe.

Best patatas bravas in Barcelona!! Friendly stuff, the Chef was amazing. Local vide and great atmosphere!! Totally recommended.

Amazing bar with fantastic food! Bar Lute is a gem: a cost bar (indoor or outdoor, sitting or standing), with food that is outstanding and restaurant quality with great food options. Very nice atmosphere and lovely things organised (vermout Sunday or pub quiz, live music). Excellent price quality! Highly recommended!!

I genuinely can’t explain how good this hidden gem is! Coming all the way from New Zealand last November, we wondered upon Lute and I think everyone in NZ just about knows how good this place is now. The potatoes were amazing, the salad and the pasta we got were incredible, I genuinely dream of it every day. This place has truely made us want to visit Barcelona again.

Not your traditional tapas bar a lot of modern twist and influences. Still quite a nice atmosphere and environment and the best is the fried potatoes. Had a good time here. Minus one star because they won’t serve us tap water even though every restaurant in Barcelona does.

Had a wonderful evening at Lute on our first night in Barcelona! Excellent food, service, and ambiance. Eric was so hospitable and genuine. He was a true host and treated us like his honored guests! We all loved it!

Great atmosphere, great people, great food, what else do you need?

The food was great, the service was amazing, and the atmosphere was awesome! This was really a great place to stop in for some munchies and drinks! We had a glass of cava, some black vermouth, and a couple of glasses of the Aragua Ecológico along with our tapas! All the drinks were pretty smooth and went down easy. My wife loves fondue so we ended up going for the most cheesy of tapas on the menu and we weren't disappointed! The staff, including the cook and all of the waiters were willing to help with food selection and even stop to have a conversation while they worked. I love the laidback atmosphere. When you add that to great food and great drinks you've got a winner! We definitely want to return for some more midnight mayhem! I definitely recommend their black vermouth on the menu or anything that strikes your fancy haha. If your in this area of Barcelona come give it a shot! Also-supposedly there's going to be live music this Sunday so we will try to make it out if we can!

Stumbled across this place with friends, not far from my hotel, looking for some snacks and drinks . Man! Was this place a gem! We ordered the house gin & tonic which is made with a hint of cinnamon. It was lovely. For food, we ordered for the table to share--we got both of their croquette options; one Thai chicken and one gorgonzola and walnuts. Both were unique and delicious (I especially loved the Gorgonzola and walnut). We also ordered one of their specials; a toast with soppesata, drizzle of honey and walnuts. This was so so so good. It was for sure the table favorite. The last item we chose was the chicken and truffle cannelloni. It too was so tasty. Every single thing we ordered was fantastic, as was the overall vibe of the place, and the staff was lovely. It's small, so maybe not great for large groups but for three of us, it was perfect. I quickly bookmarked this place to come back when I'm back in BCN for work or play. Highly recommend! (Wish I would have taken photos, but we dived into the food too quickly!)

Very nice twist to traditional tapas and all around very high quality. Loved their very crispy patatas bravas, their tasty gyozas and their chicken croquetas with sesame and other asian ingredients. Nice location in fron of Mercado de Sants. Service a bit slow but a result of place being packed.

Delicious! Small, trendy bar with great selection of tapas. Santiago is very friendly and helpful. Empanitas are a must!

On Sundays they have a live band. Bar tenders were very nice and I loved the Yuca fries! Great little bar!

This is a cute, buzzy, friendly little place with a slightly schizophrenic menu; there are no "bowls" (in the recent trendy nomenclature, anyway) and the specials were pan-asiatic-ish. We tried the vegetable samosas (bland, all dough no veggie) and the truffled cannoli (better, but still bland.) Perhaps the chef was having an off day. There are the staple standbys also on the menu; cheese, olives, bravas, etc. Would return for a drink, maybe not the food.

this is a little but warm place! The staff are very friendly and the place well decorated. A must to try are their Patatas bravas...
