This review is for the hotel bar, not the restaurant, which I didn't eat at.
I hung out at the bar a couple of nights while staying at the Delta for a conference. The atmosphere is low-key and easy to chat with a big group, as the music wasn't too loud and there is plenty of space. Service was fine, and we didn't have to wait too long for drinks.
They have a pretty good selection of local craft beers, with 20 oz pints for around $10 (or $7 on Fridays!) There's a specialty cocktail menu (around $11 - $13 per drink), which I don't actually recommend. Our whole table ordered a round of "Old Smokeys", which we thought (based on the description) would taste like smokey old fashioneds. They were basically undrinkable, and tasted like maple syrup with a syrup-y salt rim. Don't get this drink! We weren't very impressed with other specialty cocktails, either. If you want a cocktail, order basic bar classics instead.
