Bar Milano

Top bar during my visit to Berlin. My personal favourite. It has a dark & moody ambiance. The menu is thoughtfully curated. They offer variations of the Negroni & the Spritz, many classics, & specialty cocktails like the Gin Basil Smash. They have an excellent playlist: mainly electronica. If you appreciate classic cocktails & Italian vibes 🇮🇹, this is the place TO BE! The bartenders are knowledgeable, down to earth & highly skilled. Raffaele & Luca are the best! Such a great spot! It has that perfect Italian vibe, ideal for aperitivo time. The cocktails are top-notch, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Feels like a little slice of Italy in the city. Highly recommend! 🍸🇮🇹

nice bar in the quiet hood yet it’s Rosenthaler platz so you can have a walk after your drinks and maybe have a dinner bc there are plenty restaurants in this area. I totally loved espresso martini there it’s prepared perfectly in Milano Bar. We’ve been given chips as a compliment and you can have a lolipop at the toilet;) Light is super minimal inside the bar which i loved a lot so the atmosphere is pretty intimate. my huge recommendation if you are looking for a quiet and romantic place to have drinks.

Didn’t eat but hade some really nice cocktails! The vibe was awesome and the people working there were likewise. Perfect place to hang out before or after a dinner. Love it! 🍸🇮🇹

Super fast service, cool staff and by far the best Italian drinks in Berlin. Good spot for dates and also the bring some bites on the house.

They kicked us out before we finished our cocktails and said they had reservations, but they didn't tell us that when we first arrived. Also, we came for cocktail week, and they said it hadn't started yet, but we later learned from the people in charge that the campaign had already begun and they just hadn't given it to us.

Warm minimalist atmosphere, polite people but less than mediocre drinks. I drank whiskey sour(most normal drink of all), which was only sour. I will not try again.

The bar seemed promising at first, but it quickly turned sour. It felt like they were just trying to squeeze every penny out of customers with overpriced drinks and hidden fees. The vibe was constantly disrupted by police showing up, which made it hard to relax. To make things worse, the staff were often rude and, shockingly, made homophobic remarks that made the whole place feel unsafe. While the food was okay, it wasn’t enough to salvage the experience. Definitely not a place I’d recommend or return to.

Really nice bar in Mitte. Somehow it does not necessarily remind a typical Berliner bar, it is very simplistic, but still neat and cozy. The menu is very italian - many wines and prosecco cocktails, but they also have some classic drinks. They serve small snacks to the drinks, which reminds of the Milanese aperitivo. The music is not too loud, so that you can normally talk, there is also the bar buzz in the background which makes the atmosphere super relaxed. The audience is very mixed - no matter how you look, you will not be stared at.

If you want to escape to Italy for a few hours this is the place. Love the design of the Bar. Great staff serving typical Italian drinks. Small variety of food options but those are very authentic. Prices are very fair. Love to come here. Ciao Bar Milano

Was in town with my wife staying at the Michelberger and we were looking for a good bar in Mitte. Walked in the door and was greeted with a smile and lots of German that I didn't understand. But no worries! The (presumably) owner quickly switched over to English and was a delight to chat with. They serve a mean Negroni, have lovely small Italian plates (think meats/cheeses), and are full of energy (good vibe and music). I was reserved about going but happy that I did. Recommended for any American-in-Berlin.

The location is perfect and the concept is awesome... It's a pity that the service is so bad. Very rude staff and very "watery" cocktails. If you expect the real italian aperitivo, then you are in the wrong place: they tend to "forget" how much food is supposed to come for each drink. Big groups are not welcome.

Very friendly, great drinks. My friend and husband had the Negrone and green martini and both were well made and delicious. Drinks are well balanced. The place has a good vibe. Young and hip crowd, laid back. When we first came in I headed straight to the restroom and one of the staff tried to stop me and thought I was just coming in to use the facilities, but once he realized I was a customer he was very gracious and sweet. His efforts made me like the place even more.
