Excellent spot in Barcelona! Everything we had was amazing. They also had a great wine list with a lot of natural and organic bottles. The vibe is great and service is sincere. Highly recommend - especially the squid, beef stew and potato bomb. Thanks Julian for a great night!

Just a bit off the beaten path, this spot offers phenomenal food and great vibes. A special shoutout to Eduard and Anna, who both provided excellent service and guided us through a variety of dishes. Highlights for me were the fricandó (a 100 year old recipe for a reason), Catalan-style Chicken and the two desserts we tried: Crèma Catalana and a goat-cheese cheesecake. Highly recommend eating here.

This is a real neighborhood gem. With a great vermut and several very authentic style tapas, you can't go wrong. Be sure to book a table, as this spot fills up regularly, particularly on weekends. There's a reason for that! But, you can still grab a drink in the bar area, which is a fun experience in itself. Well worth the short (and very safe) walk from Raval or Rambla.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, the staff were attentive and friendly, and the food… wow. Every dish was bursting with flavor and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. You can really tell that everyone here cares about the dining experience from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable meal in Barcelona.

The staff were amazing. It was an experience, like you were the only people important people at that moment. Sergi really makes the place, but the staff are there for you 100%. Salted cod, tomato toast, beef stew, anchovies were divine. Flan was the best we’ve ever had. Staff is so personable and caring, it’s the best experience you will have in Barcelona. Fully recommend! We will return.

First of, we asked for water, the waiter served us tapped water pretending that it was a new fresh bottle which it wasn’t. Second, I ordered some mussels and it came with a long blond hair (we were 3 dark hair), I informed the waiter and he just took my plate and said that he will speak with the kitchen, no apologies. Third, the dishes don’t worth the price. On the other hand the place is beautiful, service was good until when we caught him scamming our water and serving tap.

Edward was manning the entire room in style tonight- I was impressed with his attentiveness and friendliness eventhough he was in charge of the whole place solo. I had a Muy Buenas cava party: started with a class of cava, followed with mussles in cava, and lemon sorbet with. Ava for dessert! Highly recommended 👌

Yelp
First dinner the day I arrived to Barcelona . Lovely little restaurant located en el raval. We were able to walk in and get seated on a Saturday night in less than 15 minutes. I recommend the Los canelones tradicionales de carne and the cheesecake which is made using goat cheese. The goat cheese gives it an extra creaminess that you should not miss out on!

Yelp
So happy that one of my best friends in Barcelona and former colleague, Paco, brought me and our friend and also dear ex colleague Marta to this real Modernism (Art Nouveau) bar/restaurant. Every time I go to Barcelona this friend always brings back great memories and help me create new ones. Taking me to Muy Buenas was one of those happy forever memorable moments. The restaurant is small, located in Carrer del Carme, one of the most iconic streets of El Raval, next to Las Ramblas. You enter there and not only you get transported in time because all the decor, objects, furniture is from the 1920s but also because the menu tries to recreate the food normal people who used to go to bars to have the menu of the day ate back those days. Simple, delicious, local food. Simplicity is key, and great quality. I had suquet de peix, which is like a fish stew/soup. The only size if you go there from countries like the US is that it would look more like an appetizer like a real dish (it is really small, presented in cute cazueleta or clay dish). It is a simple yet very elegant restaurant, no strident music, no loud anything. Good service, good food. You enter in a piece of history, you are part of Muy Buenas history as well. I was enchanted (not totally full stomach but went elsewhere for more goodies).

Yelp
Stumbled on this little gem off Ramblas. Definitely not too touristy or crowded and had very good Catalan dishes. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Not much English , but understood very well. Loved the decor and the music, and had amazing cocktails. Would recommend and would definitely go back

Yelp
We had a great meal here. Chicken with pine nuts and prunes, squid with artichokes, and beef stew with mushrooms. Good wine with hint of Sherry flavor, and creme caramel to finish. Our waitress was great. Average prices.

Yelp
Coming in at American tourist hours (aka, siesta) ensures you'll just about have the place to yourself. A cozy spot to park yourself for a bit to take a load off and grab a drink.

Yelp
A Cuban/Moroccan bar is odd enough, but this one works quite well. Portions are rather generous for the price, but the killer offer is the lunch menu. 8 euro gets you starter, main course, drink and coffee, and leaves you satisfied. Helpful service as well.

Yelp
Barcelona could be the worst city in the world to get a spot in a terrace in a hot summer night. That's what happened yesterday night. We tried to get a table in one of the terraces that are in the raval neighborhood, unsuccessfully. And we end up in Muy Buenas, a bar that plays Latino American music with world kitchen. I am not very fond of the type of music but I have to admit that the place has it charm. It is like an old Spanish tavern, with marble table and wood chairs. We order some rounds of beer and we spent there a couple if hours chatting and laughing. They served us some snacks that I have to say we're not the best, a little old. I really like the place but yesterday I think they charge us one extra round. I have to admit that we didn't keep the empty bottles so when they said 5 we couldn't demonstrate it was 4. Si that why I give them a 3 stars when probably the can get 4 and maybe 5. I had dinner there 6 years ago and it was also pretty good.
