Bar Nicol was just a last minute stop on our way to a concert in Milan and it was the perfect stop for a quick drink and a light meal. The atmosphere was great and staff friendly. Would definitely go again and try more things on the menu.

I made a reservation for 7pm aperitivo on the phone. I was exactly 14 mins late because it’s milan on a friday night. They gave my table even if it is acceptable globally for a 15 mins late. Waiter was super rude and told me “Should we wait for you?!” And laughed on my face. I don’t recommend at all.

We really enjoyed our paninis (the one with Pastrami is highly recommended) accompanied by a tasty coffee. Great service too!

Lovely place to have breakfast downtown. Plain but delicious Italian flavours and the much needed espresso. I ordered the panini Classico with prosciutto and mozzarella buffala. The overall impression of the place was very positive!

Highly recommend - phenomenal wine selection and very knowledgeable owner. Had a fabulous time with husband and brother-in-law. We even bought a bottle to go! Thank you Nicols wine bar!
