Bar Ondarribi in Hondarribia is a great place for delicious seafood and tapas. The grilled anchovies with green peppers and garlic were fresh and tasty. The crispy artichokes with olive oil and ham had a nice mix of flavors. The grilled octopus was tender and full of smoky flavor. Everything was well-cooked and beautifully served. A fantastic spot for a tasty meal—highly recommended!

This place was very good and even though the places was packed, the food came very quick and it was delicious. The sardines were fresh, perfectly seasoned and grilled and I highly recommend not just the sardines but the entire restaurant. Shoutout to my server, “Iker” who was an amazing server. Overall, amazing restaurant would definitely come back.

We should have better checked the reviews before. Overpriced for such small portions. Almost twice the usual price. You'll also pay for bread even if you don't ask for it and even if you don't touch it.

What a great restaurant! We stopped for lunch on Easter Monday. The owner and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. They let you know a few menu items are not in season and what is available. Everything is fresh and delicious. We tried anchovies in vinegar, fried artichokes and fried calamari. The sangria is delicious too! Definitely a great find.

I check google reviews every time I travel and this resto deserves more star. Every plate was very delicious which surprised and made us do the happy tummy dance. Glad that the resto we wanted to go in the first place was full because Ondarribi was a pleasant surprise. Go and eat here. You won’t regret it.

We tried numerous dishes and all were phenomenal. They served yummy local beer. The homemade croquetas de jamon had the best bechamel filling ever! The calamari was really fresh. The suggested day special was a baby artichoke dish which was so good, we ordered a second plate of it! The beef cheek was also tasty. And then, the finale.. the curdled sheep's milk with honey. Yummm. Most unique desert with a little tangy flavor which was a light and refreshing. This place should be your number one spot for pintxos in Hondarribia!

The food was truly outstanding, especially the selection of seasonal fish. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience. I highly recommend trying their homemadr sangría, which added a delightful touch to the meal.

Excellent food and our waiter was a sweetheart! We loved this place! Outdoor seating, wonderful wine (we ordered by the glass) and the seafood was extremely fresh!

Yelp
I had something a bit different because the waiter recommended it. Fresh sautéed mushrooms (hongos) with an egg. I mixed the egg into the mushrooms and ate them with fresh bread and a glass of red wine. Topped by a very good tarta de queso (cheesecake) horneado. Excellent meal for one. Loved the great ambiance! Love the street life in Spain.

Yelp
Luckily I did not read the review vith 1 star before we sat down. Very friendly smiling staff. The food was great and the local Txakoli wine was fantastic. We had a very nice table outside on the pedestrian street. Try the fried chipirones/ babysquid, yum!!! Very recomendable Restaurant/ Pintxos bar
