📍 Location & Atmosphere
We visited Bar One and Sushi on a busy Friday night. Thankfully, we had a reservation because the place was packed, mostly with families and groups. The space felt a little tight and noisy, but still maintained a clean, casual vibe perfect for a relaxed dinner out.
🍽️ Food & Drinks
We sampled a few different sushi rolls, including a creative cucumber-wrapped roll and a classic salmon avocado roll. Presentation was on point — fresh, colorful, and beautifully plated. Flavor-wise, it was solid, but nothing that completely wowed us. It reminded me a bit of Baba Sushi in terms of quality — decent but not standout.
👨🍳 Service & Hospitality
The staff was attentive enough, despite how busy it was. Our server made sure we got everything we needed, including our takeout items, which was appreciated. Service wasn’t overly friendly, but it got the job done efficiently.
💡 Unique Selling Point
The variety on the menu was impressive. Whether you’re craving specialty rolls, appetizers, or even non-sushi entrées, there’s something for everyone.
