I think the best in Matera….I tried a terra della monaca with cream and a sospiri….very delicious

Walked pass and ordered a few Italian snacks on our way back to our B&B. Loved the carrot cake and Americano coffee where you add the hot water to the amount you like. The owner and lady at the desserts counter were very friendly. Had asked for recommendations on less sweet dessert and they suggested the cake. Great choice👍 So different from those cafes in Rome...now I see the big difference between cold Rome Vs Matera. Would definitely come back for more.

Not a lot of really good coffee/ patisserie places so this one is a good fine. The staff are great and I’d really recommend their chocolate croissants. Coffee wasn’t bad for the place.

A proper local spot, delicious ham and cheese cornetto, excellent pastries. Great for breakfast and priced fairly unlike some more touristic spots nearby!

Excellent fresh squeezed orange juice and yoghurt with apricot was the best I have ever had! Wonderful pastries and seating outside.

In the centre of Matera! Their cornetto is one of the best in town. Perfect for a nice breakfast and for their Haute patisserie! Must try the profiterole.

Pleasant pasticceria with good coffee and some (but not many) flavours of gelato, great Lego chocolates, plus the owner is very friendly
