Only one tower remains of the two towers of the LU biscuits factory. Since 2020 it is the center of Contemporary Culture with a bar, hammam, meeting and conference space for rent, this is a convivial space for creative exploration according to our friendly waiter. Close to the castle of the dukes of Brittany, train station and downtown.

This is a new age platform that entails a bar, restaurant, library and many other activities. Make sure you come for a drink and one of the famous Lu Lu desserts. Relax and enjoy the moment, at least until you get too eager to continue discovering Nantes :)

AMAZING space for concerts, a meal, a meditation, or just a hang and a drink. Right on the canal, awesome ambience, cool art exhibits, a library. I want to live there.

I loved this place whenever I came. Great free cultural public place with fresh spirit and friendly good vibes. The free friday night Dj set is really a good idea.

This wall is the remaining part of the LU biscuits factory in Nantes. Now, it is a cultural place with a bar and a library.

Great exhibitions, mostly free, a book shop with a great selection and a bar/café with the coolest crowd of Nantes. Usually hard to get a table.

Yelp
We had a lovely time looking at the art exhibition and then getting a dessert and drink to sit outside. Everyone was friendly and the desert was delicious!

Yelp
I'd give this no stars if I could... I came here and sat down at one of their many tables (I will say I was impressed with how much seating they had). Other groups sat around us and got their orders taken, but the server wouldn't even look our way. Every time they came to take another group's order or serve them, we were completely ignored. We ended up waiting an hour before leaving, clearly receiving the message that the server wasn't going to serve us.
The drinks that the groups around us got looked good though!

Yelp
From my experience I did not get ANY good customer service while trying to get drinks by the canal, although this place is quiet closed to my home, the location has venues that project the hipster/BoBo style at its best, it seems impossible to have a drink there, my friend had a bad experience at their restaurant a couple of months ago, and neither did another friend of mine at the spa so, perhaps, maybe this place needs to be exorcised ?
Who knows... but I doN'Tt think they really care about their customers, since it seems is a given and no effort on their part is needed = bad service.

Yelp
There was a constant odor urine and feces all over the museum. I see people constantly drinking, smoking and harassing people in a non-smoking area. while i was looking at the exhibits my daughter was being harassed by a old man they let in, he was harassing other children as well. When I went to the police and the museum they seem to not care at all. I would not recommend at all, i wish i could leave 0 stars. Also, the food was trash comparable to American Mcdonalds

Yelp
I hate this place. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Full of kings and queens wannabees that think they're cool because they never left their small town and are popular there. The vibe is very hipster-cocky-arrogant. One of my friends actually asked if I could maybe get a free drinks since it was my 20th birthday (and we already ordered some) and the unlikeable waiter was like "no, it's not too nice to beg" (which is fine, but he could've def used another tone). At that point I wanted to leave without paying for my last drink that I hadn't touched, but I decided to just not give them my business anyways. It's not like they're gonna run out, Nantes is full of little as**#2es8!! kids who think they're oh-so-unique.
It is very overrated and I can't stand the crowd that goes there. Playing some obscure djs and having some weird, uncomprehensible spectacles doesn't make you cool. At all.
On another note, the other location where the actual restaurant is (the old factory) is pretty awesome.

Yelp
This place is a must see in Nantes. Full of the industrial history of the city. It's now a place for many exhibitions and festivals all year long (music, painting, sculpture, theatre, dance, etc...). Bar, resto and artistic exhibition area, it's not more expensive than an ordinary pub. You can meet people and have good time, December 31 must be done there , it's memorable !
