We went there as a group of 6 people. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, and the food was tasty. We also liked the atmosphere. Sitting on the terrace made it even nicer.

I am really delighted to have visited this amazing place in Shkoder.I loved everything.Taste is in every bite,the atmosphere ,warm welcome ,Klaudia,the lady who welcomed me ,was more than hospitable .The waiters who served me were really professional and so thoughtful ,they never missed a chance to ask me if l liked everything.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! 1. The only place that is said to serve tave kosi in shkoder, so I had to try before I fly off. Everything is abit pricey for Albanian standards, but it was pretty authentic in my opinion. The casserole was piping hot and very tasty. The lamb rice was very good too. The selection of choices were very normal, nothing different except the tave kosi. But if you are on a budget this is not the place. Worth it as a first try, but not some place I'll frequent.

todays morning, our guide in tirana told us ‚people in skhorda are different and strange’ - since we came, we bumped into perfect english receptionist at the hotel and the most kind service in whole albania - we are happy to eat here and be a customer of san francisco - my heart is always smiling when i see young people doing super good work so if you come here order a lot, tip them well and ask for albanian palinka ! worth it !

We came in the middle of summer, on a weekend and at lunch time. We didn't book in advance. They immediately offered us a free table. The staff was helpful and professional. We wanted to have lunch on the covered terrace on the first floor, since they also had a free table there, but due to the heat, they suggested that we sit in a booth in the air-conditioned hall on the ground floor. Although we were close to air conditioning, it was not cold, the air temperature was very pleasant. When we sat down, we noticed that the table was a little higher than we were used to, but we didn't mind. On the contrary, by the end of lunch we were surprised that it is more practical this way. Overall, the booth was comfortable. Also, the toilet is spacious, neat and clean. We ordered different plates: from soup, salad, pasta and pizza to local meat specialties. We didn't wait long for the food to be prepared, the pizza took the longest. Everything we ordered tasted good and was fresh. We all especially liked the homemade buns. All in all, we had a very pleasant time.

Although situated in what would commonly be considered a “tourist trap” location, this restaurant exceeded our expectations. You can’t blame a restaurant for being in a convenient location, right? The service was very welcoming and friendly, especially our server Mary. I would recommend the stuffed pepper, chicken shishkebab, and lamb with rice. An affordable price, in a great location, with delicious food, and great service. Definitely try this place when visiting Shkoder!

I had the traditional lamb & rice dish and it was insanely good, very flavoursome! Great atmosphere sitting on the balcony overlooking the street, the staff were very friendly. Would recommend!
