Great food overall. Would recommend the pork belly - was cooked very well, tender and crunchy. Also recommend the loaded fries and nachos as apps. Interesting and creative cocktail menu. We ordered several and each was to our liking. Appreciate the staff as they were very accommodating and thorough with checking their menu items for my allergens.

Great and beautiful space. Plenty of options for food and drinks, service is excellent, everyone is welcoming and friendly. Get a burger, but also the salads are very well served, big portions. Sit outside if it’s not too hot.

To be frank a bit disappointed by the food. For what seems to be a burger joint the options were a bit limited. I had the birds one that didn't had too much taste. We also tried the retro one which was better but still not to the level of a burger joint. The Sirloin steak was good but overpriced for 28eur. French fries and salad portions very generous. Porto Tonic was basically half of glass when taking the ice out ☺️ Staff was very friendly and the place has a nice vibe overall - otherwise the rating would've been smaller. Appreciate the fact that their bread is made "in-house" on another location of theirs but it would definitely deserve better menu options to highlight this touch.

The place is really nice, we got there 1 hour before they closed the kitchen on a rainy day and they were very friendly. Bonus points it is pet friendly. Food was good and fair in terms of quality ca quantity vs price. The patty of the beef burger was too dry for our taste. I really recommend the cod burger Giving 4 only because they started cleaning the floors while people were eating and there is plenty of dust coming from this

Total krass! ☀️ Amazingly relaxed vibe of surfing community 😊 We came for burgers and we got delicious burgers and truffle fries. The mocktails we ordered were great quality "drinks without alcohol". The restaurant's space is nicely designed and interesting to explore. North+South American vibe in European space.

I went to this restaurant based on a recommendation, and it really exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly. The server went out of her way to find me a comfortable place to sit, which I really appreciated. I ordered the lamb skewer, and it was such a pleasant surprise! Absolutely delicious, served with plenty of vegetables and a flavorful sauce. A beautiful, refreshing dish. I truly enjoyed my lunch.

The food is delicious, the best burger of my trip. The atmosphere is super cool and pleasant, and the service is very friendly and quick. And they're pet-friendly; they let our 8-month-old puppy in. Highly recommended!

Stopped in at this great little spot after walking around the Fortaleza de Sagres. Yelp said it was closed for another hour, but we drove by anyway, and as luck would have it, it was open. Very welcoming staff, and a great vibe from the interior as well a the outside seating. We initially sat outside, but the breeze kicked up so the lovely K asked to move inside. Of course, just grab a seat anywhere. We haven't had burgers since being in Europe, and two full weeks without a burger is just wrong. I ordered the Bird burger and K had the Retro burger as well as a side of fries which we shared. We were asked if medium on the meat was ok, and answered affirmatively. The fries were plentiful and the burgers pretty tall. My burger was very good although the patty was definitely a little under especially in the middle. K was not in top form, feeling not great all morning and hoped that food would help, it did not, so we'll reserve judgement on her burger. Patty done a bit more this is a 5 star review but medium is not medium rare, maybe even a little less than that. Servers are great, the restaurant is great the vibe is great. We wish we could try again, but time dictates that we cannot.

Very cool indoor/outdoor set up. The tacos were small and good to split between two. They have really delicious mocktails!

Dang good! We had the Birds burger and truffle fries and the burgers were the best we've had in a while (on fresh Brioche buns). Be prepared, the burgers can be exceptionally messy!!! We shared an order of fries which were delicious and could easily serve 3-4 people. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere very cute.

Arrived early before most. Our waitress took our order and obviously forgot to put our order in as other tables that arrived after us were served there food before us. Waitress completely hid from us afterward. Kinda funny to be honest. Manager apologized for our wait but even he was not aware of how long we waited for our food. Tacos taste good but are small and overpriced.

Best food! Great vegan selection. Would recommend the sweet potato bread with black bean. and the tofu tacos. The staff is friendly and the patio cool hangout.

What a nice Spot! We went there for Dinner after reading only good things about it and it was so good! Nice Drinks, delicious food and what a dream of a location! We had the vegan quesadilla (so good!!) and the loaded nachos as a starter and a burger as a main - so delicious! Also you need to try the vegan brownie as a dessert!

My buddy and I, traveling from the US to surf in Sagres, came here for dinner two nights in a row. The chill vibes, friendly and efficient service, and food was all quite impressive! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a filling and enjoyable meal.

The interior and exterior of this place are decorated in such a cute way. It's a place I would love to come and sit outside when the weather is warm. Unfortunately, we came here in winter so had to sit inside. The menu has quite a bit on it and I wanted one of everything. My husband ended up with the birds burger and I got the bikini chicken sandwich and we got our little guy the kids burger. We split some truffle fries that were delicious. My husband just got a draught beer (possibly made in house) and I tried their white port and tonic cocktail. Who knew that I loved white port? Glad Portugal introduced me to something new! Would love to come back to this place when it isn't off season.

Cute place, much larger than it appears from outside. Public parking was easy on the street out front and on down the block. Friendly attentive service. We had the burgers and split a fry (generous size on fries) and it was all very good. A table near us ordered salads and they were huge and gorgeous looking. A bit pricey, but worth it for what they offered.

The ambience was relaxing and enjoyable and the food was fantastic! I think it was the best hamburger I've ever eaten! Thanks for the experience!

We arrived in Sagres after a long drive from Lisbon (we took the "coastal" route). We were looking for something delicious and hearty to eat. We walked in and told the host that we didn't have a reservation. He was accommodating and asked if we wanted to wait for a table or to sit at one of the high tables or the bar. We sat at a high table because we could not wait, we were starving. The drinks were delicious and the "bird" beer was delicious. We order the bird burger and the pulled pork and were not disappointed. We had originally wanted the ribs but they were sold out! The food was delicious and I would definitely go back again! Highly recommended for good food, great service and good drinks!

5 star ratings have been given..... have these "travelers" no experience with Portugal? In a land where restaurants catering to locals will serve a huge plate of meaty stew for 8€, or fresh grilled fish, potatoes & salad, even in Lisbon, for 10€, this place is serving a simple chicken sandwich for 9.50€! A Portobello mushroom burger is 9.50€ while a regular burger is 8€ (Sept 2017.) The bar only does "long" cocktails which no one was ordering because they're so expensive. (Tangueray & tonic 8€.) But what a business plan! They've priced out a good many real surfers, leaving the German wannabes. I've been traveling around Portugal for one month & this is the first time I ate at a restaurant with an "American" theme. I avoid tourist themed places, so that's my disclaimer. The vegetarian quesadillas​ was tasty, although simple & basic: small dice zucchini, corn, onions, green bell pepper & a few black beans seasoned with cumin on a tortilla with melted cheese, served with a miniscule cup of salsa. 9.50€. But vegetarians are hard-pressed in Portugal, so this might make a nice break.

OK. Our first impression was not that great. We came here the first night and there was no table free outside at 9pm. We made a reservation for the next day. The guys working there are very kind and down to earth. The terrace is a great location but the tables and chairs are very in stable. Maybe it's a good thing for the owners to replace them for new, higher quality ones. After choosing our starter and main course it took very long before we got our food. After asking the server (after more then 30 mins) he told us something went wrong with our order... no problem it can happen. After that we got several excuses from the waiter and the owners. We got two free drinks (one of the an expense cocktail) and a 15% discount of our food bill. That's what I call make your customer happy after making a mistake. The burgers are very taste full with good beef and the bread is fresh. The cocktail (I had the London Buck) were very good and the tortillas with meat was good. Try to make a reservation to sit outside. Inside it is hot and you can smell the deep fryer.

Went here today for a snack after the beach, really cool and trendy place, got the nachos and they were delicious! Really great place

The burgers are delicious! They even had vegan and vegetarian options, so I was really happy. The staff is also very nice. We will be back!
