What a great find on a rainy day! Ordered the cod fritters and they are very good. We also had the wine of the month that was only €3 a glass and very good. The food was so tasty. The place is cozy, quiet with chill music and great service.

Such excellent food and service !, We randomly choose this place for our lunch, as we’d just caught the no1 tram from Porto down the river to this coast area to explore it and wow what amazing food !, I would highly recommend stopping here for lunch or dinner

This is truly what you can call a "hidden gem". Between small streets next to a beautiful beach you can find this restaurant which looks and feels cozy and friendly. The people there are friendly and open and the vibes are really chill. But the food, the food is amazing. It is truly one of the best restaurants I've ever been at. From the small bites to the full plates to the tasty desert, every part is 10/10 and leave you with a sweet memory. Me and my girlfriend stayed in the heart of Porto for 2 nights, first night we stumbled by this restaurant after taking a beach walk and it was so amazing we had to come back to it the second night (meaning taking a bus 40 minutes only one way). Truly an amazing experience and an amazing restaurant.

We were so happy to find this place. We were there for lunch and we had the "Menu do dia" for 9'50€ which included a main dish, a drink and coffee. You could also get a really good Sopa do dia for an additional 1'20€. Overall the food was really good. Special mention to the Salmão na Brasa with some vegetables and potatoes, it was delicious. The dishes offered in the Menu change regularly, so make sure to ask which ones are available on that day.

Overall experience was ok, fairly quirky restaurant with a nice atmosphere. However, it was the saddest steak we've had so far - especially after having dinner at Brasão Foz last night. Please refer to picture attached, super thin sad steak, looks to have been cut in half - was really regretting having to pay for this crap, especially after a long wait. First time customer, will never be coming back. Hopefully this will help someone else

The food was decent. Actually the tuna steak was quite nice. However the beef tartare was too salty for me, I could not feel the meat to be honest.

I oddered roast beef. The portion was very small. Instead of french fries I got chips from bag and spinach instead of salad. Not at all as shown in menu.

Just finished dinner with friends at Bar Tolo. It was the perfect spot. Walking distance to the house. Delicious drinks. A good variety of small plates and dinner portions. Great for sharing amongst the table. We’ve had the plate of the day here for lunch as well. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Three storey bar-restaurant located just off the beach. Peppy, friendly wait staff good food and really good draft beer. I ordered the sopa do mar (seafood soup) which featured simple, seafood stock. Hardly anything to distract from the solidly fresh seafood. It was deeply satisfying. Then I got the pile of prawns on top of fries. Again, cold water prawns served simply fresh, not frozen, not overly seasoned. Simply delicious. Reasonably priced for its location.
