These were easily the best arancini we had during our entire Sicily trip! 👌❤️ Loved the vibes here, it was busy both times we came, but we still managed to get a table. It seems to be a favourite among locals. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful when it came to choosing what to order. The coffee was great, and the arancini are made fresh to order. The aubergine one was our fav! Highly recommend visiting!

We stumbled upon Vabres in Palermo and ended up going every single day of our trip—it was that good. The pastries are all made fresh in-house and are absolutely delicious. The coffee? Smooth, strong, and consistently great. The staff were so kind and accommodating to our order each morning, making the whole experience even better. Warm, welcoming vibe, incredible service, and genuinely the best breakfast we had in Sicily. Highly recommend if you’re in Palermo! ☕🥐

Amazing coffee and pastries! Came here for the good reviews of the coffee but was truly surprised by the pastries. A must try is the croissant with apricot jam and a their home-roasted coffee (cup of espresso!). The barista is super friendly! Enjoy!

This place was recommended by our apartment hosts, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. It’s clearly very popular and busy at all times of day. Very small inside but there are a few tables outside. I was delighted to see a good selection of non-dairy milks, including Oatly, which made the coffees fantastic. The pastries were absolutely top-notch – the croissants wouldn’t be out of place in a Paris patisserie. The flaky ricotta "croissant" was fantastic, and the donut freshly filled with cream for us was a real treat. A wonderful spot, very much recommended!

We went to this place every morning during our stay in Palermo. We loved the cappuccino and pesto arancine, but great pastries in general. 🤍☕️🍊 lovely place, fair prices, very good food and great service. Definitely our favorite place in Palermo. ☺️

FAVORITE SPOT IN PALERMO. My boyfriend and I went back every day on our trip. We loved it so much. The arancini is OUT OF THIS WORLD. It’s made fresh and packed with flavour. The cappuccino was incredible and on top of the best quality of food and drinks we had the nicest customer service from the staff there. All smiling and asking us how our food was. I had an amazing cappuccino with oat milk here! The Indian single origin blend paired perfectly with the oat milk. The service was good, and the staff were kind and friendly. I also tried a vegan Arancini for the first time, it was absolutely delicious.

Coffee is amazing! Food is excellent. Worth the indoors line up. Service is quick. We were in Palermo 3 days and went every single morning!
