Bar Vera Bistro & Wine Bar

Had a Christmas lunch at Bar Vera. Can’t say much, but the food was absolutely bomb! The dessert was amazing, and the service was wonderful. Also, check them out for dinner—I usually come here for special occasion dinners. You’ll never regret the decision. Thanks, team!

Their potato bread is amazing! it’s a must try if you go here they will also give you a side of butter to pair it with the bread and it was phenomenal! for the appetizers i also ordered hamachi and the lamb skewers, the hamachi was very delicious even tho it was 50k for a small piece but its def worth the try, the lamb skewers was kind of disappointing it was still kind of smelly for a lamb skewer and the flavor was a bit off for 70k per pieces it’s not worth the try, ordered tomahawk , charred carrots, and the grilled chicken, the tomahawk was served kinda cold and the potato purée was throwing off the taste but i guess its preference, grilled chicken was amazing! very juicy and flavorful, loved the charred carrots aswell, cocktails were okay but it feels like they just put the mixer and a splash of alcohol in it ,the service was great we feel very welcomed!!

My wife an I rated this restaurant the best during our 2 weeks honeymoon. We were 2 times there and the food and service were incredible. Very romantic atmosphere. Food is absolutely fantastic - from tartar to chicken to steak and scallops. Price is fully justified. Thank you very much for this experience.

We had a wonderful experience at Bar Vera. The service was excellent — attentive but never intrusive. The menu is fantastic, with the starters being a real highlight. The small European wine list is also impressive and very well curated. The drinks were outstanding, and overall we left completely satisfied.

Absolutely love it here - service is wonderful. I first came to take my friend out for dinner and then again for a solo date. The restaurant was amazing and remembered my allergies and food preferences and gave me a personalised menu! It was so thoughtful! Diah is also so wonderful. If you’re coming I highly recommend the chicken, goats cheese beignets and side salad. Absolutely divine!

Staffs tend to wait for all the dishes to be ready before serving them altogether. It’ll be nicer if they had served whichever dish that was ready to the table first so we could enjoy it when it’s still warm. There were some hits and misses dishes.. Desserts were really great here !

This is my second time visiting Bar Vera. Wonderful vibes with wide range of mains and small bites. Steak (lack of taste) and tacos (soaky and I find the combination of filling is weird) are disappointing. Other than these two dishes, i think other dishes that we ordered are above average. Verdicts: I’m impressed with their burrata salad on top of zucchini and fries (they are not ordinary version of fries, give it a try!). It’s a perfect place to enjoy food and drinks with a group of friends/ with your date.
