I really dont understand why people are complaining about the prices as food and quality are outstanding if you want to pay less then go to 100 Montaditos and youll get the quality you pay for. Everything is very good but the Bonito, the tortilla, the arrichoke and the caneloni are definitely not to miss. Only thing is service is very slow as they have two waiters for the whole restaurant

This is not your average tourist spot, this is a local upscale bar in a great location far away from the sea of tourists. The place is just beautiful, the lights the atmosphere and the food are amazing.

Authentic and non touristy, amazing staff. I love food that gives you new experiences. Tried the eggplant, the cannelloni, and the steak with foie grass and loved everything. Their croquetas are the best we’ve tried! And last but not least we had flan for dessert, house made, with a coffee cream. Finished it in seconds.

Food is good but prices are the ultimate definition of tourist trap ! Like that tapas that should cost 4-8 per serving cost 12-14 euro portions are small for a mains of 24euro. For the same amount u can eat a much much better place in Barcelona ! Sadly they are getting away with these prices. Like next Level greed hike up price portion control it!! In saying that I enjoyed the food it was good quality.

I’m a tourist not a local but I’ve been a fan of the chef since I first tried his food and his Michelin starred restaurant Commerc 24. Good was amazing, vibe was great. Tomato tartar and truffle bikini were especially good.

Fantastic service. Our waiter spoke French, English and Spanish. And he could tell jokes in each lol. The tapas were also very tasty

My friends and I came here for tapas and we couldn’t understand why everything was soo expensive! We got a jug of sangria, and it was okay, but worked out to be about €7 each for four people, and the food… goodness me it was extortionate. We each chose a dish to share and oh la la the portions were tiny and very expensive. They charged us €8 for french fries and €13 for a bikini… basically a cheese toastie cut into fours. I paid €21.50 for beef cheek but it was barely a slab of it and we were definitely not full after our meal. We couldn’t understand why so many people were sitting outside… Is there something about the food we are all missing? It’s only okay tasting and the value for money is utterly disappointing

Absolutely ridiculously overpriced for what it is. I could barely swallow the salmon tartar down. Fried fish was average. Ordered Russian salad in pic to the waitress who did not speak English - I was served with the cod fish equivalent. Also ordered Iberian bacon-topped omelet but the bacon came naked - according to waiter the bacon was blended inside omelet. Nothing was on par with anything in El Poble-sec. Head south or outside the touristic central for true Barcelona offerings!
