Nice cozy spot for dinner. We snuck in without a reservation but might have gotten lucky as it was early. They have live music which started when we were leaving. Delish dishes and great energy/vibe. Food was solid and we enjoyed the friendly staff.

Finally, enjoyed Hungarian dishes before flying back home. We went there based on hotel recommendation, 15mins before opening. We were lucky to be seated without a reservation. After two additional individuals came, no more customers were accepted. Around 7pm, a whole group of tourists came in and a musician played with a "Dulcimer"(?). The tasty food and light music at the background simply makes our last night in Budapest memorable. The price stated in the menu is clear and reasonable. It is not crowded even the whole restaurant is almost full.

Guys, this place was the cutest. They had the most beautiful live music, a traditional Hungarian cimbalom player set the best atmosphere while we had the yummiest food ever! Great service, and wonderful, extremely delicious food!! We had the eggplant spread to start, the paprika chicken and then we finished with the cottage cheese dessert. Best meal of our trip and one of the best meals we’ve ever had! Highly recommend :)

I really enjoyed the ambiance and the live music. It was my sister’s birthday, and the staff surprised her with a lovely gesture, which was so sweet. The food and wine were delicious, and the portions were generous.

Since booking my trip to Hungary, I have dreamed of a good bowl of gulasch. This place delivered with perfection! Flaming hot, perfect seasoning and in my own cauldron - perfect. 😜 The rest of my family had different dishes, gnocchi, duck and chicken, and they were all extremely wellmade. We walked in without reservation, and even though it was very busy, they took us in with a smile and gave us a warn and good service. I can highly recommend this place!

We had an incredible meal at this restaurant last night, by far the best food, service, atmosphere and wine we have had during our entire Budapest trip. The food is delicious and Hungarian, the staff are super friendly, attentive and welcoming. The wine was affordable but high quality and there was an incredible musician playing the cimbalom whilst we enjoyed our evening dining on the terrace at night. The price was extremely reasonable and I can’t recommend this restaurant enough for those looking for a beautiful meal out in Budapest.

Our hotel recommended this place and we liked it so much we went back twice. Service is great. Food is nice. Atmosphere is good. This is a great option. I had chicken paprikash the first time and catfish the second. I enjoyed both meals. The ricotta cheese dessert was excellent!

Really beautiful little restaurant. Fantastic service, beautiful atmosphere and the food and drink was amazing! We think the best meal we have EVER had! Go here, you will not be disappointed!
