Baraka Restaurant

This is the best restaurant I have been at for all my life! Me and my friend came here for a nice dinner, we took the 6 courses chefs dinner and we got much more than that... All the food and drink where absolutely amazing! The colors, the textures, the flavors...all was so delicate and amazingly balanced. In every bite we find a big surprise. In addition, we got the most amazing service I thought I can get in a restaurant. The staffs nice, friendly, funny and so good at it work. Our waitress, Panny, was so lovely and took really good care of us and with our requests. It wasn’t cheap but was totally worth it! I wish I was reach to come hear again soon (:

OK so this review needs to be split between the bar and restaurant. The bar was outstanding, serving some very modern and innovative cocktails, they also made great classics and the service was impeccable. I wish I could say the same for the restaurant. While the food was beautiful and quite tasty, there was a disconnect between the kitchen and servers, which resulted in an hour plus wait between courses. It wasn't just our table but included a lot of other guests looking around at the 10+ wait staff anxiously anticipating food. What made matters worse was that the owner came over and instead of acknowledging the delay filled the void by relaying her renovation hopes for the restaurant. While the interior design is fabulous, you come for a dining experience and it just didn't hit the mark. Bar 5 stars, restaurant 3 stars, average 4 stars.

Sophistication and elegance, complemented with exquisite cuisine and an extensive wine list. Appreciate the plating. every dish serves like a masterpiece. The Asian touch also adds differentiation. Having sampled few Michelin restaurants in Budapest, we understand why this restaurant has potential. Play with different flavours, texture, contrast... and most importantly creativity and posibility.

Fine dining at its best in Budapest. A wonderful Dining experience for an evening out while traveling through Eastern EU. The food is clean, creative, and well balanced. My wife and I enjoyed the company of our waiter and sommelier.

Very good restaurant in Budapest , service is very good almost 1 Michelin star , Most recommended . Prices are fair for this style of restaurant .

Yes it's expensive! yes you think is it worth it! yes you think twice! but once you start teasing your tongue , you know why it's worth the fuss. The owners are passionate about their food, go share your love for food with their passionate staff too !

This was a terrific experience for all my senses. Highly recommended. The only downside for me was the fact that their tasting menu allows you to choose between many different options which makes it hard when it's your first time.
