Delicious comfy food. The octopus burger is amazing! The bread is super soft and the octopus is “patty like”, as opposed to as I was thinking that it was pieces of it. The burger, fries and onion rings are enough food for 2 people who don’t eat a lot. Shrimp was good but nothing compares to the burger.

Very nice family run business. They were all very friendly and welcoming. We shared an octopus burger meal and an octopus burger for 3 people, and it was enough. The burger is big, and the potatoes are crispy. It came with a very nice sauce. The only thing is that we expected to burger to have a stronger octopus taste. It was definitely tasty and good, it just didn't really taste like octopus. I would recommend (:

We recently dined at Barba, located within the city walls of Dubrovnik, and while the service was excellent—both waiters were fast, friendly and attentive. The food fell far short of the glowing reviews. The meal was quite disappointing. The black burger bun was a major letdown: hard and with an unpleasant texture. The octopus burger patty was soggy, falling apart easily, and lacked any real flavor. The fried shrimp platter was no better. The heavy, greasy batter overwhelmed the shrimp, making it difficult to eat, and the coating made the shrimp look much bigger than they were. We’ve had far better burgers within the city walls, with Republic being a much better option. Even the oysters were a disappointment. Having tried oysters in many places, we’re confident that what was served here was neither fresh nor of good quality. Overall, Barba isn’t a place we’d recommend for burgers or seafood in Dubrovnik.

This definitely lived up to expectations. The staff were friendly and the service was quick (we ordered takeaway). The food itself was great. We tried the Tuna and Octopus burgers - the Tuna was good but the Octopus was REALLY good. Would highly recommend trying it. The chips and onion rings were great too.

I recently visited Barba and tried the octopus burger—it’s a must-try, fish and squids. The flavors were delicious and perfectly balanced, making it a unique seafood treat. Barba may be a small eatery, but it’s big on taste and friendliness. The staff were welcoming and made the experience even better.

Good restaurant in local fast-food in Dubrovnik We had the octopus burger menu, it comes with fries and onion rings. We didn’t like the burger much to be honest, but we wanted to taste it. Their fries were amazing We also had the calamari and potato salad, the calamari was great but the potato was mediocre. The fried oyster was ok. Worth the visit 👍🏼

A little restaurant that was packed, clearly a very popular place. I liked the touch of getting diners to leave a personalised fork behind. The staff were friendly and the service was quick, but we weren’t so impressed with the food, maybe our expectations were too high? The texture of the patties were too soft (something crispy would have worked better), a little bland and over sauced. Nothing to write home about.
