We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Barbara Piran Beach Hotel, and overall, we were very satisfied with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The modern and artfully decorated lobby made a great first impression. Our room was neat, spacious, clean with a lovely view and a small but functional bathroom. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping our room tidy and were very prompt with their daily service. The restaurant was a highlight, offering a variety of drinks and food. The breakfast buffet was particularly delicious, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. While there were some minor drawbacks, such as the outdated hallways and carpet, and the surprise 20 euro per day charge for parking, these were outweighed by the hotel's positives. It's worth noting that the sauna facility comes at an extra cost, and unfortunately, the beach bar was closed during our stay. Additionally, the laundry service was pricey, making it more cost-effective for us to walk into town and use the local laundromat. Despite these minor quibbles, we would still highly recommend the Barbara Piran Beach Hotel. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, and the hotel's wheelchair-friendly amenities were a nice touch. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would consider returning in the future.

We had a lovely one night stay at the Hotel Barbara. We would have liked to stay another night but it was fully booked. Our room, 204, was really nice with a view onto the ocean and a small balcony with two chairs. Our only slightly niggle about the room was there was a 10cm step as you came out of the room which we both tripped up or down many times. ||The hotel is right on the coast and there are stone areas to sit with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. There are steps with railings to get into the sea - it was a lovely place to swim, so much so that we got up at dawn up have another swim before breakfast.||Parking is tricky in Piran but we parked in a public area about 5 minutes walk away. We left our car there for two nights and one full day which cost £30. There is a shuttle bus from Hotel Barbara to Hotel Piran in the centre of town which was handy. There is also a beautiful walk on a path around the coast which we did in the day and also at night. It took about 25 minutes and was really lovely. We bathed off the path a few minutes from the hotel when the sun was very high as there was good shade there.||The breakfast food and eating area were very nice with a good buffet food. We had a drink at the outdoor bar before leaving which wasn't so great as the music was blaring loud.

We absolutely loved our stay. From the minute we checked in, where Zan and Sandra attended to our needs and gave great suggestions on activities to schedule, until the moment we checked out we could not fault the hotel. Everything was fabulous. The food was great, rooms superb, beach area beautiful and the beach bar excellent. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. We had parking onsite and sun lounges were plentiful. The nearby cafe in the park area adjacent to the hotel offered a great pizza if you wanted a change from the hotel. We could not fault the hotel it was everything we expected and more.

great hotel, I recommend it. stayed for 3 days. breakfasts are super delicious, and at a convenient time. There is a beach bar with cocktails. for hotel guests, sun loungers and towels on the beach are free. this is a great option with a beach and proximity to Piran (20-30 minutes walk). The beach is public, which is important for us, but for hotel guests there are additional free bonuses. of the minuses: you have to pay an extra 20 euros per day for parking (we chose this hotel because of the parking), there was only one bedside table in the room by the bed, not on each side as usual

We had a very good time at the hotel. 😊 Beach front room or Beach house room are perfect to stay. The location is good and is not far from Piran, 15 mins walk by the coast. The room was clean with daily cleaning. The staff members at the front desk were very friendly. Breakfast was good but I wish they served fresh juice. Guest at the hotel can use the normal bed by the sea for free but the cabana bed needs an extra cost. FREE shuttle bus service from the hotel to Piran (bus station). The beach bar could open a little bit longer tho. Very good sunset view from the hotel. ☀️

Quite a surprise ! 👍 This hotel has pretty nicely made stone beach for guests 👍 Beautiful view from balcony 👍on breakfast you can take honey from actual Honeycomb. First time I even saw it in hotels, and it is absolutely beautiful and amazing. Otherwise breakfast is standard-good. 👍nice restaurant with beautiful terrace 👍nice staff, if you dont finish your food, you can take rest on room and finish whenever you like. 👍happy hours in bar 👎 Parking over 20€/day. 👎the hotel restaurant with nice terrace close before 9pm, so when you like to eat during the sunset when temperatures drop dowm, you must go somewhere else. Why...Pity. I see bigger potential here. 👎 You get hotel's towel on reception(that's fine), to go on beach, but just on the beach itself you find out that you as guest of the resort must pay additionally for deck chair (7€/day) or 30€/day for the high bed with curtains 👎 if you want to use shower on beach after swimming in sea, you need to buy speacial chip to use the shower...I mean - really? Why.. After all it was nice experience and we will surely come back, anyway, there are things to improve.

Loved this place. It's got a 50s vibe decor that's really fun and is on a beautiful location with lots of lounge chairs and stairs that lead to the Adriatic for a swim. The restaurant is really good and so is the free breakfast. It's a lovely 15 minute walk along the waterfront to the Old Town of Piran. Glad we stayed here.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. We really enjoyed our trip here. The staff were lovely - Zan was very helpful. The breakfasts were nice and the surrounding countryside is lush and green. It’s an easy walk to Piran (bit dark on the way back). Very comfortable and clean.
