Barbarossa Bodrum

We expected big things due to this restaurant being on the Michellin guide and we were also staying at the Caresse hotel. It’s a shame as the food was not good at all. Very plain, meze not great, pasta was tasteless and fish was just ok. For £230, this really was so disappointing. One thing I’d say is the atmosphere and service was fantastic I could not fault that but we are paying to eat good food so I have to be honest and say I wouldn’t recommend for this reason.

Stayed at Caresse In July and had dinner twice at Barbarossa- just amazing - food and service a 10

Barbarossa is a wonderful Greek Restaurant, very delicious foods and friendly hosting on seaside 🙏

Poor quality food, bad service and incredibly overpriced
