Barber Shop Budapest

A couple of months ago, I was walking around Budapest and randomly walked into a barbershop. It had been ages since my last haircut — way too long. At first, the guys weren’t even sure they could fit me in since I hadn’t booked an appointment and basically crashed their schedule. But I got lucky! One of the barbers got inspired and decided to take on the challenge — dealing with my unruly, overgrown hair wasn’t exactly an easy task. And man, it turned out great! The barber did an amazing job. My wife was a bit upset at first because I’d given up on growing my hair out, but a month later she admitted — the haircut was absolutely perfect. I loved everything — the great music, the fun conversation, and the fantastic cut. Thanks, guys! I really hope to drop by again on Saturday, November 8. And thanks for the drinks!

I booked an appointment for 9 am but the barber didn't turn on. Thankfully after 40 minutes the other barber took over but he had to be very quick because I had to leave at 10 o'clock. It happens..

I came in asking for a low fade — I left with a high fade and zero of the structure I had asked to keep. It felt like they misunderstood the assignment completely. Instead of a fresh, stylish look, I now look like a boiled egg with confidence issues. The staff was friendly, but the result was far from what I wanted. If you’re particular about your haircut, make sure to double-check every step — or bring a PowerPoint presentation just to be safe.

ITS AN MISERY!!!! A stoned barber cutted my ponytail and my beard off. I wear an at least 6cm beard, now im babyface bald with no hair and beard. At least after a verbal fight i didnt had to pay this miserable disaster. The guy told me he worked in the UK for 6 years… i guess at the fries store to open up the bags. Te storeowner couldnt say anything cause he knew his guy fugged up and the other customers went silent too after laughing about the situation. NEVER RECOMMEND IT. YOU WILL SUFER THE SAME MISERY.

Great and cosy barber shop at the busy Jewish quarter of Budapest. The guys were very accommodating and got us booked within an hour or so. David is a good guy and very good at what he does! Strongly recommend

Great haircut, Ádám was very thorough and detailed, and obviously knows what he is doing after being a barber longer than I have been alive. Very satisfied.

BEWARE - At the time of booking an appointment for a shave I specifically asked if I can pay by card and they said yes so I went ahead. I came back after two hours for my appointment and the time of payment they refused (the guy with long hair) to accept cards and said they accept cash only, and when I calculated how much they charged me in Euros it was at least 25% more (17 euros) and he gave me less change back (1000 in their local currency). A complete rip off! The shave wasn’t very good as well as there were still stubble in places. But most importantly, be professional and honest with your customers! It was more the dishonesty which has left me so frustrated

It was quick, if that’s what you’re looking for this is your spot, my fade and trim left a lot to be desired. Also a bit over priced for the experience. 21 usd for a fade. The people were friendly though 🤷🏻‍♂️
