Love the brand, but the staff member with whom I interacted was unbelievably rude. I asked a simple question about purchasing a strap for a bag I had purchased because the handles were too short to put over the shoulder. She responded "we don't have that." When I asked if I could purchase a strap from a larger bag she responded, "What do you think? No. That belongs to a bigger bag, of course not." Left scrambling, I asked if I could purchase a strap online, to which she responded "No idea, I don't deal with that." Finally, I asked her if she could think of any other solutions to make the bag usable and she simply responded "Nope." Somehow I left feeling bad for asking the staff member a question and trying to purchase something. I truly hope they are able to fix this issue, but for now, I suppose I'll be shopping online only.
