Stayed here for a few nights in Giza, and it was a great spot. I would stay here again. The hotel is some distance away from the airport, but we organized transportation beforehand, so it was easy enough to get to. The area around the hotel was not particularly touristy, which didn't bother us too much as we had already planned our itineraries and didn't spend too much time around the hotel. The hotel itself was very nicely decorated, and the entrance and public rooms on the ground floor felt very lavish and upscale. The reception was warm, welcoming, and friendly. The rooms left a little more to be desired. Whilst clean, cozy, and well provisioned, the room did feel a bit dated. We did have a nice view of the pyramids from the room, though, which was nice. Their amenities were great with a lovely pool and rooftop bar.

Hotels are more than just a place to sleep; they are temporary homes, offering a range of services and amenities designed to enhance the travel experience. From budget-friendly motels to opulent five-star resorts, hotels cater to diverse needs and budgets. Beyond the basic provision of a bed and bathroom, many hotels offer a variety of features, such as restaurants, swimming pools, fitness centers, and business facilities. The level of service can vary greatly, from limited assistance to personalized concierge services. Choosing the right hotel is crucial for a successful trip. Factors to consider include location, price, amenities, and reviews from other guests. Whether you're seeking a luxurious getaway, a family-friendly environment, or a convenient base for exploring a new city, careful planning ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Hotels play a vital role in the tourism industry, providing accommodation and contributing to the local economy. They often reflect the character of their location, offering a glimpse into the local culture and lifestyle.

We stayed a week in this hotel with excellent service and a very friendly staff. We had the breakfast and dinner package which is recommended for a long day of tours as the food is good. We were urged to try the local dishes which was fun. The bed was very comfortable and the quadruple windows ensured a nice rest. They are building a metro in front, but couldn't hear anything. You can take Uber to almost everywhere for 120 Egyptian Pounds. There is lots of local life in the neighborhood. We walked around at night and felt safe.

We stayed here for 3 nights, 2 nights in a double bed and 1 night in a much better upgraded room. The first 2 nights the AC did not work and despite complaining nobody attended to the problem. Also there was issue with the hot and cold water. While taking a hot shower it used to suddenly turn hot and suddenly turn cold. Due to the above problem they upgraded us to superior room and the room was just superb and comfortable with all necessities taken care of and the room was just perfect for us. The breakfast spread is good and the reception staff and others were courteous and helpful. Centrally located right next to Cairo mall. Overall a good experience and I don’t mind revisiting again and staying here.

We spent 3 nights with no aircon in the entire hotel. It was often cooler outside!! Told they were waiting on the engineer then a part to be delivered. Not satisfactory for such a large hotel that was booked out. We were part of a small tour group with many other groups booked in. We should have argued our drinks or food bill be reduced as compensation but didn’t bother. Just wanted to get out of there. Great pool & good service. The restaurant meal was average however was buffet breakfast good. Staff attentive.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with the pyramid view room upgrade. The staffs are generally very nice and helpful and the foods at the breakfast and the 12th floor restaurant are good. The rooms' cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The second room we stayed in had a bad smell in the bathroom and no pyramid view. The wifi is nonexistent in the room and the only area where the wifi was actually good was in the main lobby. It was a consistent problem according to Google review for a least 3 years and it was still an issue. There's metro construction going on right outside the hotel so the area will remain difficult to reach until that is finished.
