Great hotel that makes for a very relaxing stay. All staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet excellent. Everything kept clean and tidy and room housekeeping excellent. Great to see chilled drinking water stations. ||Although we would definitely stay again, we do have some reservations about the All Inclusive option-||The lunchtime buffet was sometimes sparse in offerings. Seemed to have an endless tuna theme? Difficult to assemble a light lunch as no choice of cold meats or cheeses and no fresh fruit. (Apples, bananas, kiwis etc) No low sugar deserts. Not everyone wants ice cream, red velvet cake or chocolate mousse for lunch.||The wine choices for AI were one red, one rose and one white. Choosing another wine incurred the list price charge. This seems unfair. A better way would be to offer clients a daily drinks credit as part of AI and let them select what they wanted, accepting that some wines would be more expensive.||La Tasca restaurant had a very nice set menu but the discount to AI customers was only 20%. This discount is far less than what the hotel charges non AI customers for the standard evening buffet!

Great hotel if one wishes to unwind and relax. It is so comfy we did not really want or need to leave the premises. The accommodation is elegant and modern, staff is calm but quick on their feet, the food was fresh. The big plus was that the staff (Melina in particular) instantly took note of my dietary requirements and was able to advise each time what I can have at the buffet. I would not use it if I wanted to travel around the island as it’s simply a waste to leave. All the guests came with incredibly well behaved kids who almost seemed invisible so if you have a rowdy bunch I would not advise to go there as you will upset other guests eventually. I would say the facilities for kids are quite limited in general - better for teenage kids or small babies. There was no playground or waterslide near a hotel- it’s just not really the target audience.

Our 4th visit to this hotel did not disappoint. Marc the managers return was evident in the myriad of small improvements throughout the hotel and most notable in the impeccable, polite and friendly service from all of the team.||(To many names to mention as everyone was great)||This is a beautiful quite relaxing hotel in a more remote area of the island which suits our requirements perfectly. ||Fantastic scenery, walks and facilities. ||The all inclusive option allows an even greater chance to unwind||||The hotel is very clean and well maintained , food is mostly buffet style and is varied. ||||We very much look forward to returning in the future

This was our 4th all inclusive stay at this hotel and it was as good as ever. All the staff were very welcoming and always very helpful. Our deluxe room was very comfortable with plenty of space always clean. The food has always been very good but this time it was even better; the introduction of the lunchtime a la carte menu was a great hit with my wife and me. There was a good choice of pools and always plenty of sun beds and shades available. And there was no better way to end the day than having a couple of relaxing drinks in the roof top bar B Heaven and watch the sun go down. This was a prefect short break that met all our expectations. We will back again very soon

Arrived 48 Hrs ago..for 10 day stay. Resort is lovely, modern and clean. It’s clear already the staff make this resort what it is. Lovely welcome from Will who has been exceptional. Margarita in the restaurant has been so friendly and helpful with outstanding customer service as has Carlos in the bar area. …looking forward to getting to know some other staff members over the next 10 days.. experience of the food so far is outstanding. Lots of health options to choose from. Relaxed atmosphere with plenty of staff to assist.

We have had the best time here so much so that we extended our stay. This is our third visit to this hotel and the best visit Yet. What we particularly liked was that the staff remembered us From last year and went out to their way to be friendly and helpful.||||For the main part of our stay we stayed in the deluxe room and then did move to a deluxe room with a pool although the pool was lovely. The room layout wasn’t as good as the deluxe room layout which we which we prefer. The deluxe rooms are much bigger than the deluxe rooms with pools and have a terrace at the front and back.||||The food was amazing, especially the à la carte lunch which was part of the all-inclusive package. Each day there was a variety of starters and salads followed by a choice of five mains and then desert to finish. The mains were freshly cooked and prepared to your liking breakfast is very good with so much variety you’ll be spoilt for choice. The buffet in the evening is also good with lots of variety and food replenished when it is about to run out.||||We also enjoyed the wellness Centre particularly the water circuit which you can book.||||Everything is easy to book on the Barcelo app and if there you need anything additional for your room, this can be booked on there also and is attended to so quickly and efficiently.||||As I write this review, we have extended our stay even further and I’ll stay for an extra two nights. That’s how much we love it thank you Barceló Nura.

An outstanding experience. From the moment we arrived until the minute we left, the staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for any one of them. I watched, during one lunchtime service, the manager hasten to cover a menial matter, rather than delegate it to one of his staff. Clearly they lead by example. Everyone was out to make our stay as pleasant as possible.|One day I asked if I could order a small cake for my wife for the following day, to celebrate her birthday. No problem they assured me. The next day we not only had a cake delivered, but a complimentary bottle of Champaign too. Totally unexpected and extremely kind of them to make her day that little more special.|The lady who tidied our room, the bar staff, the restaurant staff, reception staff, all pull together to make this a superb hotel which will make an excellent base for your holiday.|We had a room with a shared pool, which was fortunate given the heatwave. We made good use of the pool, as did our various neighbours. The 92 bus runs into Mao, the capital. It is a ten minute walk to the bus stop, the fare is €1-80 per person each way, one bus per hour. From Mao you can go all over the island. We hired a car for two days and the hotel were happy for us to use their car park. Punto Prima is roughly 15 to 20 minutes walk and they have a small beach plus regular markets. If you do explore inland, Mont el Toro offers excellent views of the rest of the island. We missed the market at Es Castell, maybe next time.

Third visit to this hotel. Relaxed vibe with friendly staff that cannot do enough for you. Food and drink is excellent with plenty of variety. Swimming up junior suite is my favourite but have stayed in other rooms which are all excellent. I only wished I had stayed longer. Next time!
