Looking for a luxury, quiet and high quality stay? This is the place. Focused on wellness and relaxation, it is very quiet. Well appointed rooms of all types, we had an accessible swim up room for my parents and me next door. Was easy to get mums wheelchair around with lifts and ramps. Accessible bathroom was large and had shower seat and grab rails for toilet. Staff were friendly, understanding and very helpful. The buffet is outstanding, the choice and quality of food really shows compared to other brands of hotel. Would highly recommend and really want to come back!

Fabulous first stay at this hotel. I can’t fault anything- the suite was well equipped and spotless- the food was delicious- the staff outstanding. Very quiet hotel with mainly middle aged sprinkled with a few youngsters with babies. Not really a hotel for families as there is nothing to amuse children. |We had our first all inclusive which we really enjoyed. The AI bar menu was extensive. The food offering was very good, we especially liked the choice at breakfast and table service at lunch. I’m personally not keen on buffet at dinner time though. |Would 100% stay again. ||We always hire a car in Menorca so its location was not a problem for us.

We recently stayed at Barceló Nura with our 14-month-old baby and had the most wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and were incredibly accommodating to everything we needed as a family. A cot was provided in our room, which was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly set up for us – such a relief when traveling with a little one. The hotel itself is the perfect size – not too big, so it never felt overwhelming, but still with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The pools and outdoor areas were beautifully maintained and well serviced, making it easy to spend long, relaxing days by the water. The absolute highlight for us was the buffet. The variety was impressive, with a menu that changed daily, and everything was so fresh. Breakfast was outstanding – so many choices, from healthy options to indulgent treats – but the pastries and fresh bread were truly next-level. We looked forward to every meal. They also had loads of daily activities from AquaGym, Sunset Yoga and SUP yoga which I also tried. There was dancing lessons at night. What really made our stay stand out, though, were the staff. Every single person we encountered was friendly, warm, and went above and beyond especially for our little one who spent the past 8 days exploring the entire hotel. They genuinely made our trip so special. We couldn’t recommend Barceló Nura more highly – a perfect getaway, especially for young small families.

On arrival at the hotel we were told by the reception staff that the Al a carte restaurant was closed. When asked why no reason given and she just "rolled her eyes. It remained closed for the 10 day stay. When we booked the holiday this was shown as open so a disappointment to find it closed. The hotel is location approximately 1.5 miles from 2 villages and well within walking distance, there is also a land train that visits both areas hourly but does get full. The food at the hotel is nice and we found that the lunch time menu is better than the evening meal, this is a set menu along with the salad bar. At times the restaurant does get busy especially if its been or going to rain, they close the outside seating area so waiting times are longer. We found that the drinks service can take upto 20 minutes and on a few occasions our requests were ignored by the waitress. Ideally I would like to see the food covered and if you suffer food allergies be mindful nothing is marked up and the serving spoons are used for all the foods on display. The staff in general are friendly and helpful and go put on their way to make sure you have a nice holiday. Our row was 407 -420 and the room was lovely and ours had the shared pool and terrace out the back. You do loose the sun around lunchtime but the rooms below (garden view) had the sun all day. We stayed A.I and the minibar was stocked, you can use all the contents but once used you they have to pay for a restock. If you like branded alcohol or specific wines these are not included in the A.I package. This is a first we've experienced on an A.I holiday. The app is good and can be used for booking meals and other requirements for the hotel. I would say this is a 4 star hotel with some nice points. I have been back to some hotels more than once as the service and quality of the hotel was outstanding, would I return to Barcelo Nura again sadly not.

Beautiful setting with exceptional food and staff. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable and cleaned daily to a high standard. Using the app to order drinks, toiletries etc was very useful. The spa is highly recommended, very reasonably priced and amazing treatments; the staff are lovely too. |I think if I was to stay here again I would hire a car as nothing is within easy access, even the local beach is a bit of a trek! Also, we paid a premium for all-inclusive and there were restrictions on the menu (food and drink) along with time restrictions (when you could eat at the bar for example) I found this a bit irritating and inconvenient, especially as the ice creams on offer were €5 each! Usually when we pay a premium for all inclusive at a 5star there are more options readily available and for this reason I would probably choose to stay at another hotel if I was to return to the stunning island of Menorca.

Overall a lovely hotel in a quiet area. No direct bus or transport links. Bus was from a nearby hotel. If you didn't have a car or wanted to walk, a taxi would be your only option. Bathroom in the superior room had a door on the toilet but not on the shower/sink area. Good coast road a 5min walk away to take you into Punta Prima or Binibequer Vell or BB Nue, lovely beach.

Arrived 48 Hrs ago..for 10 day stay. Resort is lovely, modern and clean. It’s clear already the staff make this resort what it is. Lovely welcome from Will who has been exceptional. Margarita in the restaurant has been so friendly and helpful with outstanding customer service as has Carlos in the bar area. …looking forward to getting to know some other staff members over the next 10 days.. experience of the food so far is outstanding. Lots of health options to choose from. Relaxed atmosphere with plenty of staff to assist.
