To start the staff at Barcelo Nura were some of the nicest we had come across during our holidays anywhere in europe and could tell they were always on hand or ready to help or be of help. ||If you are looking for a relaxing 4* + experience, where you can relax and chill and have some peace then look no further than this hotel. We travelled with an 8 month baby and had dietary requirements and was our first trip away with our new family. The Staff at the Barcelo made the holiday one to remember by being attentive, was always on hand and showed us in person foods that baby could and couldn't eat due to the requirements. The room was super comfortable and we opted for the family rooms with shared pool - was a lovely room. The decor and layout of the hotel is really modrn and sleek and feels more premium than others that we saw in the area. Location is great and you can get down to Bini Beca and Bini beca beach in no time around (40min walk) (8min drive) straight from the hotel. The beach and Bini Beca are beautiful locations and ther is also a small fishing village a 10min walk from the hotel which people seemed to miss of on their reviews - this was lovely. ||||This is a more relaxing hotel and won't be suitable if your looking for a lively party, loud entertainment hotel but really suitable if you looking to unwind, chill and have great food too. ||||The Food: was brilliant, we had plenty of choice and don't believe we had the same evening meal throughout our 10night stay. Breakfast had plenty of choice and if there wasn't something to your taste we requested specials or one offs and it was no problem getting things made fresh! Brilliant service.||||A glass of Cava on arrival and great lunches/room service and an all round wonderful holiday and the Barcelo was a nice place to come back too after we were out exploring for the day. ||||We would stay again and are even considering brining family along next time as we had such a lovely stay.

Thank you to all the staff at this wonderful hotel. We use Barcelo hotels a lot and usually stay at the Hamilton when in Menorca. ||I was very well looked after at dinner and breakfast. Being walked around the evening buffet by 2 different chefs to let me know what was safe to eat and they also offered to cook items separately in the kitchen. You can ask for baquettes (freshly baked) and cereals too. ||The hotel is superb. We chose a Deluxe room for the 2 terrace options. One for the morning sun and the other for the late afternoon sun. ||Probably the best hotel bed we have ever had. The whole complex is sensational. You can get to a small cove ( no sand ) to have a dip in crystal clear water just a 4 minute walk from the hotel. There was no-one else there - just lots and lots of fish! ||We'd been on the island for a week already in a villa, but we are so impressed with the Nura that next time we will divide the time away equally between the villa and the hotel. 5 nights in each.

Looking for a luxury, quiet and high quality stay? This is the place. Focused on wellness and relaxation, it is very quiet. Well appointed rooms of all types, we had an accessible swim up room for my parents and me next door. Was easy to get mums wheelchair around with lifts and ramps. Accessible bathroom was large and had shower seat and grab rails for toilet. Staff were friendly, understanding and very helpful. The buffet is outstanding, the choice and quality of food really shows compared to other brands of hotel. Would highly recommend and really want to come back!

Stayed there for a week. I was served an under-cooked piece of fish at the made-to-order station in the restaurant. This led to hospitalisation with acute gastroenteritis. Holiday was ruined. The hotel refused to accept responsibility despite us not eating anywhere else for the 36 hours before I became ill.

Amazing experience to celebrate a birthday. From reception to check-out the hotel were excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner. One negative- service from the bar to the area by pool was slow. And the staff just did have the same vroom as elsewhere. Drinks took an age. The top bar and views were fabulous. The cocktails were okay. Not the best we have had, and took time to prepare. The music was cool and enjoyable. Pools, saline, were clean and relaxing. Plenty of beds - but you needed to be organised to get up and grab one where you wanted. In high season this could be a challenge. Gym was adequate but.I wasn't here for fitness. Our room had an excellent veranda and space for loungers, and was in tue sunshine. A nice start to the day. The team provided me a birthday cake and complimentary bottle of cava. Thank you so much. Look forward to returning. Definitely recommend.

Spent two weeks here and enjoyed our stay. Lovely staff and good food. Spa could have hotter water and entertainment was fairly good but have had much better in other luxury hotel groups. Location is good for walking and visiting Mahon area. Not a lot of cycle routes in the area but it is peaceful.

We recently stayed at Barceló Nura with our 14-month-old baby and had the most wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and were incredibly accommodating to everything we needed as a family. A cot was provided in our room, which was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly set up for us – such a relief when traveling with a little one. The hotel itself is the perfect size – not too big, so it never felt overwhelming, but still with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The pools and outdoor areas were beautifully maintained and well serviced, making it easy to spend long, relaxing days by the water. The absolute highlight for us was the buffet. The variety was impressive, with a menu that changed daily, and everything was so fresh. Breakfast was outstanding – so many choices, from healthy options to indulgent treats – but the pastries and fresh bread were truly next-level. We looked forward to every meal. They also had loads of daily activities from AquaGym, Sunset Yoga and SUP yoga which I also tried. There was dancing lessons at night. What really made our stay stand out, though, were the staff. Every single person we encountered was friendly, warm, and went above and beyond especially for our little one who spent the past 8 days exploring the entire hotel. They genuinely made our trip so special. We couldn’t recommend Barceló Nura more highly – a perfect getaway, especially for young small families.
