Barceló Santo Domingo

Im having a great time in the restaurant our waiters (Lissette) is amazing and very pleasant i give her a 5 out of 5. The best chicken soup i ever had the chefs name is (espíritu), thank you Espíritu tu sopa es la mejor. Another amazing person was Jaime in the grill area, he made the best grilled seafood I’ve ever had. I recommend this place 100% as is family oriented, cleaned, and amazing staff. Thank you all for your amazing customer service.

Good service and cleanliness. In the restaurant area we had the pleasure to meet Yuliana Suarez who was very attentive and courteous with us. Every experience here gets better and better. I will continue using this hotel for stay when traveling to the Dominican Republic. Thank you, Yuliana your service is amazing.

I really enjoyed staying at tia beautiful hotel, the room service was impeccable; as well as the service offered in the 9th floor by Erika Rosario & Karolay Vazquez. I would love to come back soon to stay here and enjoy the beautiful pool. Thanks

I made a reservation for a relaxing massage and the experience was wonderful. Romelia is very respectful and guides you along the hole time. I would definitely recommend this experience.

The check in went very smoothly, the room was decent and clean.The only negative was the staff by the pool bar, they weren't too attentive, we waited forever to have our order taken, no one approached us to see if we need anything, so we decided to go to the restaurant instead. After lunch, we decided to give it another try, to my surprise, the server Jennifer Jiménez approached us and asked if we needed anything. She took our order and told us she will bring it to us by the pool which she did. The others servers just standing around looking at the sunbathers and chatting among themselves . Jennifer did an excellent job, she came over numerous times bring us our drinks and checking up on us. She truly made our pool experience enjoyable.

Sarah Rojas and Ninoska Gomez were the best servers I’ve had in DR !! They were professional and on top of everything and this is the second time they serve us. We are from Miami Florida and love coming here! Very attentive and good is great and they have a hibachi with fresh food and even though I’m Vegan they had chickpea soup and a huge salad bar.

Derby’s, Yonairis & Marleny did a great great job with our hair and nails . Especially since my hair is curly and my mother in law is a bit thin they were very polite and admirable . We totally recommend this place . If I ever come back to this hotel I will certainly come to the Spa
