Barclays Bank under court order from the London High Court recovered my funds from an International Bank that refuse to pay after I paid thousands in bogus fees. The agreement states that within paying the recovery fees that Barkley bank requested, I would receive my funds within 24 hours. Barclays Bank started to wire transfer the funds at the 24-hour mark which was a Wednesday. I was informed I had to pay a coding fee to finish receiving my funds. I paid the coding fee It took over 32 hours to transfer the funds, but I still don't have access to them , because the coding wasn't activated. So it's going on 9 hours, I still don't have access to my funds or how to use the coding, and the customer service representative refuses to return my messages on Telegram.. which is strange because up into this point they were at their message board for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Now it's close to 96 hours past the court ordered 24-hour window. And I still don't have access to the funds. When I asked the customer service representative about the status of the wire transfer and why I can't access my funds, customer service rep from Barclays tells me to calm down. I do not know what's worse. The lack of response to the Barclays customer service representative for over 9 hours, or being told to calm down because of their failure to do their job
