Barclays' Mastercard for JetBlue is a mismanaged. I submitted an item dispute for a charge and when they called me back, they called back from an unknown number-not identified as Barclays' on my phone. I did not answer thinking it a telemarketer-and the Barclays' agent left no message...twice. So no phone id, and no message. After what I perceived to be no response from Barclays' I signed into my account to learn my dispute had been CANCELLED because they couldn't be bothered to leave me a message. I complained, some person from Barclays, who could barely speak English, left a message I could not understand on my phone. I call Barclays' and naturally, they have no idea who called me...In the end they wanted me to write them a letter to get them to hear my dispute-can you imagine? To make a long story short I got my money back-no thanks to Barclays and as soon as my annual fee is up-I am done with Barclays' and their crap customer service.

I have a Jetblue credit card with Barclays bank. 2 days ago I received a fraud message from them and to call. I called the number and no one was available because their system was down. I could not get in touch with anyone until today. I tried to pay for my dinner last night and the card was denied. Their customer service stinks. Can't get any answers and nasty people. They never own up to their mistakes and try to blame you. I requested to escalate to Corporate office and was denied. They don't want the higher ups to know. I will be sending a letter to the Corporate office and filing a complaint with the BBB.

Horrible credit card company. Just days after transferring from Marcus Goldman Sachs(a great credit card to have), I was given less incentives, a weaker rewards program, as well as a high interest rate with no warning. Just two days after transferring I was charged interest. I pay double the payment due every month. I have never acquired any late fees, but told I just have to pay a high interest rate moving forward since this is how they do business. The people are not friendly or easy to work with in customer service at all. Avoid this credit card. It’s hardly worth it.

This company is a farce. They will rob you blind! Paid my credit card balance in full before the statement date, and they still managed to charge me interest! I called Customer Service and was told that there’s nothing that they could do. What a crock! Not acceptable! Shame on you, guys! I don’t know why I am even leaving this review, because this company is so big they could probably care less on what people have to say about them, and probably never take the time to read these reviews. I’m just posting this to warn people to stay far away from them. Also, some of their Customer Service representatives talk over you, while on the call. Very rude.

Even less than one!!!!! Maybe this will get a stir with the banking part of these mega take what they give with no explanation of what they do bank. I Don't invest with them but do savings and CD's they don't explain why their site log in stuff is broken, your my banker I NEED answers. Your ex customer soon..

Shame on them. Horrible. Money hungry rip offs. They take advantage of you and rip off consumers and go after the finances of regular everyday working people with their high priced lawyers. They are just another greedy corporation who lie and deserve nothing but the worse. Don’t ever borrow money from this horrific bank! Please don’t do business with them! Don’t ever get a credit card especially! I don’t ever want to deal with these people ever again.

First they advertise a really low rate for a loan but give me 16%. I took the loan because I needed it. Then I got a lower interest rate and paid almost $22,000. I had to pay with a mailed check because of government rules. Six other creditors got their checks and credited my accounts just fine, NOT Barclays. Their check cleared my bank at the end of December. Here it is the end of January and they haven't acknowledged the check or credited the account. Meanwhile they did an auto withdrawal, which over paid the account by $400. I did cancel future payments but they have my money. Even though my bank gave me a copy the check (with their stamp on the back) that went through and I sent it to Barclays, they still are not able to credit my account. It's in Investigations for up to 60 days! Such incompetence!
